Chick-fil-A in Mesa

“Love this location. They have two drive through lanes (including a mobile lane) and offer quick and accurate service. They also host lots of fun family events (check their Instagram for a calendar). I’ve always received my order exactly as placed here. The employees are also patient with my children.“

“I love going to a familiar place when I'm not at home and know that I will receive the same food and have a familiar taste when I'm away.

My entire family loves Chick-fil-A, even my two young grandkids have their favorite foods there. I love going because of the cleanliness of the facilities and the superb customer service.

It always makes me wonder what makes Chick-fil-A's customer service so much more Superior than the customer service of other fast food restaurants. I think that between Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out, their services are so comparable.“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“I checked out this new spot mainly because they let you order lunch super early on the app, which is a lifesaver for anyone grabbing lunch before 9:30 AM. Ordering through the app was quick, but the mobile drive-thru wait was longer than expected. Despite the wait, the food was tasty, and the customer service was solid. If they can speed up the drive-thru, it'd be perfect!“

“It's chick fil a it's always a pleasure going there to eat for dine in and take out, love love LOVE the staff and food, the salads and chicken sandwichea a must and amazing. Staff always made sure everything was in there sauces utensils napkins etc this is the one chain of food restaurants no one can speak down on. Keep up the great work!!“

“The service is also pretty quick at this location. The food is always good. I like the soup. This visit I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Thankfully, they put salt on the waffle fries at this location. Not too much, not too little, just right.“

“Best place to take your kids if you have younger children. I have a one year old and a four year old and they both have a lot of fun here. The play area is closed off with a door so you're not worried about your kids disturbing the other customers while they are eating.“
