Chick-fil-A in Scottsdale

“Our experience at this location was absolutely remarkable. Gabe was working the front counter and training a fellow employee during the Friday evening dinner rush hours when he took our order.(5:30pm)We ordered 2 fries. He offered to make us 2 waters so we had drinks. My husband inquired about the Mac and cheese and Gabe answered that it was really good ? so we ordered it and he was right ?VERY tasty. I sincerely wish that every establishment had a whole crew of 'Gabes' employed. What a wonderful young man. He didn't have to ask if we wanted waters, but he did, went above and beyond in that one small gesture. Thank you Gabe.After we ate our snack we were going to go see a movie and carpool with Mom and we asked if we could leave our vehicle in the lot during our venture and the crew said that we could, no problem at all.“

“This is the second time at Chic-fil-A in my 20 years in AZ. I think the food is good, but not great. The young man who helped us was very polite and friendly. It's kind of nice to see that. The restaurant was very clean too.We'll come back again.“
