“Went through the drive-through, the employees were so friendly! One is like out there, singing happy songs, not grouchy. Loving his job. Get up to pickup order and the kid is wearing a cute cowboy hat with cow print on it. He’s all cheerful not the norm when you go through places anymore, and if Chick-fil-A would let me tip you I would’ve tipped them. They deserved it with their positive attitude in 100° weather.“
“I don't write many reviews but felt I needed to for my visit today. I drove up and placed my order with the young man then paid with my credit card, done. I started to pull up to the window where you receive the food but the young man stopped me and apologized and said the order and payment was deleted for some reason. He apologized again and said I would place my order and pay at the window. I get to the window the manager was there to help me. He then apologized and took my order and payment. I said no problem as long as I am not double charged. He assured me that I will not be but I made sure to get my receipt just in case. He said I am giving you goodies for your hassle. I said, I promise it was not a problem nor a hassle for me, things happen. He gave me my food and added in a couple of cookies and brownies. Thank You to ALL of you for actually caring about your customers and for the goodies. It is not about receiving free stuff it's the fact that more than 1 employee not only took the time to apologize and acknowledge that there was a small issue/error with their ordering system but it got corrected immediatley and you all did it with smiles and took your time to get me taken care of while there were other cars behind me. Adding in the goodies was a very nice jesture :) Keep up the Great Customer Service !! Seeing employees actually smiling and being engaging with their customers while working is a rarity anymore but You All are Nailing it :)“
“Hadn't been there for breakfast in a long time, but omg. Had time to kill I'm between MD appt & it did not disappoint. Food was so fresh, warm & delicious. My coffee was yummy. Lots of vanilla creamers for it. I will definitely put Chick-fil-A back in my breakfast routine.
Update: I was true to my word. My little car has been zooming into Chick-fil-A across the city☺️. Love my inexpensive breakfast there. I dine in and take a moment for myself. Just a relaxing time.“
