“I just stopped by to get some dinner really quick, but I had somewhere to be and they were taking way too long to get me my food so I had to leave without my order. However within 20 minutes I had Sarah one the directors calling to apologize for the wait and offering to refund my order. Sarah did a phenomenal job taking care of the situation and making sure that it wouldn’t happen again. She was super genuine and I really appreciate how she handled everything. Mistakes happen but the way you handle them is what matters, and they handled this exceptionally well.“
