“They have the nicest kids working here. We went on a Saturday night. It was busy but the stress and duties did not affect their kindness. It took a little while before they could take my order but they communicated that to me. I had 3 people finishing up what they were working on so they could get to me. The person who finished first took my order. Everything was right and came out quickly. The environment was clean despite high turnover at the tables. I was very impressed!“
“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“
“One of the better ones. Service staff is extremely friendly, I've never had an inaccurate order, and everything is always tasty. Definitely much more consistent in service and food quality than many other locations across the valley. Even when you have an issue - they quickly work to make it right. I had an issue with a mobile drive through order where I had to go inside to receive my order after waiting a while in the drive thru line. However, the staff inside were very understanding and apologetic. After leaving feedback in the app about my experience, I was even called by one of their staff members and offered some of my rewards back and a drink in exchange. Shows they definitely care about their customers. Will be coming back!
p.s. we're going to have a serious problem if the strawberry hibiscus lemonade is ever discontinued.“
“The food is consistently good and the service is always great. Since they recently celebrated a gay wedding as a corporation, I am more comfortable giving them business. I prefer companies that are LGBTQ plus friendly so that my family is welcome here.“

“Best place to take your kids if you have younger children. I have a one year old and a four year old and they both have a lot of fun here. The play area is closed off with a door so you're not worried about your kids disturbing the other customers while they are eating.“
“We always receive amazing customer service at this Chick-Fil-A location. No matter where we are in the valley if we decide to eat here we will drive out of our way to go to “our” Chick-Fil-A at Power and McKellips. However today was extra special thanks to an employee, Valentine who went above and beyond to help celebrate our daughter’s birthday. I just want to recognize her for her kindness, and for making sure our birthday visit was extra special.
