Chick-fil-A in Mesa

“Not sure why today's line was taking forever. I would like to think your employee Austin for making it much better. This was the longest I've ever waited in a line of 3 cars, minimum 20 minutes. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by Austin, extremely friendly. By the time I left I had forgotten all about that wait. That simple conversations turned my worst experience in a chick fil a drive thru into a memorable one. In a good way.“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“We heard that they had breakfast so after a 2-mile walk, we decided to try it. They didn't disappoint. We got the bacon breakfast sandwich and sausage breakfast sandwich and they were very good. The hash browns were a little on the greasy side so you'll have to add a sauce to drown out that oily taste. Top it off with the Sun joy (reg or unsweetened) and it was a good start to the morning.“

“always impressive how fast they get the line moving through and taken care of, finish! Very well trained staff at every location I've ever been at all over the US. This company is simply great. Their prices are extremely affordable. Their food is very quality and tasty. I can get an ice cream cup instead of a kids meal. Everything is wonderful by the place. The location is easy to get into and easy to get out of. They do have plenty of parking out of the back, and they usually run two lives to the drive-thru. But again super impressive about how fast they can get through the line“

“We went today for the Cow Appreciation Day. I was impressed with the efficiency (even at the busiest time of the day after school pick up) and made the experience fun! As a working-mom (who was trying her best to get through the drive thru and make this experience fun), Aidan was our kind cashier. We had a yummy dinner and spent the evening playing and having a fun night playing with our Chick-fil-A costumes/ signs from the website and toys. Great staffing and a huge compliment on the staff today who were welcoming and complimented all the kids/parent costumes (no matter how big or small) and chose kindness.“

I frequent this establishment quite often, as I work nearby, and every time I visit, Michelle truly stands out. She consistently shines above the rest with her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness.

While all of the employees are always pleasant and truly seem happy to be there, Michelle’s exceptional service and positive energy never go unnoticed. She is a wonderful representation of your team and deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication.“

“Chloe took our order and was very nice. As we were waiting i noticed her walking orders to tables, taking orders, getting drinks. Our order was taking longer than expected so I walked to to the counter on the side and saw our order waiting. As she finished taking another order i pointed and asked for it. She politely got it, apologized for the wait. I felt terrible bc since we had come in the restaurant for busy. There was a lot of help in the drive-thru but only 1 cashier doing EVERYTHING. I had to come back up bc our fries were cold, she was maintaining composure and kept smiling. I mentioned she needs back up and she sofly said several people called out. I was impressed how polite she was and how hard she was working. I don't of a lot of people who would've been able to keep a smile with the over load she had. She should get a bonus!“
