Chick-fil-A in Mesa

“Last night we ordered delivery and for the first time (in a while)
at this location they forgot an entire item. The delivery team member told me to call the store and when I did I was told someone would be bringing out the missed item. Now I am going to level with you all google, I did not think that item was ever going to be delivered, it was Friday night and it had already taken a long time for our original order to come. I was pleasantly surprised when a team member showed up at my door and had two of the missing item for us! I wish I had gotten names, but thank you to whoever was working last night and helped us! I hope you are recognized by your management for going above and beyond.“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“They have the nicest kids working here. We went on a Saturday night. It was busy but the stress and duties did not affect their kindness. It took a little while before they could take my order but they communicated that to me. I had 3 people finishing up what they were working on so they could get to me. The person who finished first took my order. Everything was right and came out quickly. The environment was clean despite high turnover at the tables. I was very impressed!“

“By far the best Chick-fil-A in the valley! The customer service is exceptional, and the food was fresh! 😊

My only concern, which isn’t with Chick-fil-A itself, but I really think there needs to be a stop sign when you come out of there. I don’t know I just foresee they’re being an accident if people don’t pay attention when leaving or if someone is driving too fast when a person is trying to leave, there’s like a blind spot there.“

“The food is consistently good and the service is always great. Since they recently celebrated a gay wedding as a corporation, I am more comfortable giving them business. I prefer companies that are LGBTQ plus friendly so that my family is welcome here.“

I frequent this establishment quite often, as I work nearby, and every time I visit, Michelle truly stands out. She consistently shines above the rest with her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness.

While all of the employees are always pleasant and truly seem happy to be there, Michelle’s exceptional service and positive energy never go unnoticed. She is a wonderful representation of your team and deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication.“

“Great service had a long line but the workers were fast with it ordered a 3 strip meal and a chocolate shake but guess what when he told me it was about 11 dollars I thought dang that’s cheap but he said that the chocolate shake was on them today!!!
Told him that was very nice of him and kind!

So that brought me here to leave a great review food is good also
