Chick-fil-A in Phoenix

“I stopped by during lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. The food came out pretty quickly even though there was a decent line. The chicken was crispy on the outside and still juicy inside, which was the best part of the meal and i loveee. The staff were friendly and kept things moving without making anyone feel rushed. Overall, it was a solid quick lunch so its 10/10!!!!“

“The employee's are always super friendly and helpful . I haven't had any issues but I've seen them be quick and helpful if other customers had had request on orders or needed help. One employee even gave me a good joke that helped cheer me up in a bad day I was having. You guys are doing a super awesome job.“

“i went through the drive-thru because i didn't feel like cooking. The line looked long, but it moved faster than i expected. my order was correct, the fries were hot and the chicken was fresh and juicy. The employee at the window was polite and double checked what i had everything. pretty good experience, thanks chick-fil-a!“

“Truly awesome location but they need to have a better process for people that order large amounts of food in the drive through. I had my order in hand but had to sit for 8 minutes behind a guy that ordered a lot of food... There was no one in front of him except for the exit, but he ordered so much that I had to just sit there and wait for his order to be done before I could leave...these people should be asked to pull up (similar to mcD's) so others with smaller order can leave the drive thru as it was almost a 10 minute wait behind this guy.“

“I just want to take my time to thank that one manager who helped our experience at this chick gil a fenomenal. I couldn’t remember her name but she wears a white shirt and i’m guessing she was a Manager or GM but she was super kind and helpful for helping me get my order rihjt plus she gave us another drink and another fry. “So I frequent chick fila all over the valley but today just blew my mind. 99% of my orders are accurate fast and just all around fantastic. Today, I ordered a market salad to go. And when I got home didn't have the dressing 🙃. Kind of frustrating. So, I drove back and spoke with the manager Mathew. And this is where He and chick-fil-a are just light-years ahead of the competition. Mathew was very humble and sincere. Did everything in his power to make it right. Even went above and beyond. I went from kind of being annoyed to utter shock and disbelief how friendly and awesome Matthew's service and solution was to my problem. I didn't think I could love this place more than I already did. But dang... I was wrong. Mathew and Chick-fil-A. Thank you. I really appreciate the entire experience 😌❤🐔“

“I grabbed some Chick-fil-A after work and it honestly hit the spot. The staff were really nice and the whole place was kept clean. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and still hot when I got my order. Service was quick too, so I was in and out without any hassle, I'll definitely comeback again soon“

“I was pretty hungry so I stopped by Chick-fil-A and got a Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries and a sweet tea. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the sandwich had a good amount of flavor . The waffle fries were fresh and the sweet tea went really well with the meal. I’d order this combo again.“

“The food on campus is not really better than the type you can get off campus but it's still good. Chick FIL A, just like any other fast food, comes out quick. The chicken is still quite crispy. Out of the things I've tried the fries can be a hit or miss and can get cold pretty quickly. The chicken here is still crispy and is the healthy option if you're in a fast food craving.“

“Stopped by Chick-fil-A and had a pretty good dinner yesterday. The place was clean and the staff were really nice when I ordered. My food came out fresh and hot and the chicken was crispy on the outside but still juicy inside. The fries were good too and went really well with the meal. “Sandwich was small, service was just ok I was called to pick up my order at the same time a food delivery guy showed up he took my food, the servers did not even check the orders, do I had to wait for my food to be made again, atmosphere was nice and clean“

“Very accurate order handling. Every sauce I requested through the app was included in the bag, and the mac and cheese was perfectly golden brown and delicious. Everything was packed well and ready to enjoy. The only downside is that the exit lanes onto 16th St can be a little tricky and require plenty of patience.“

“Let’s be real, this is an AIRPORT restaurant. The food was less ideal than a normal chic-fil-a, but it was still edible, the staff was friendly, food was fast, and for my medium fries I received a TON extra. Plus, they hardly upcharge. So is this a regular chic fil a? No. Is it better than almost any other airport option? Yes it is.“
