“Had a minor issue but the staff was absolutely wonderful with handling it. My issue is im picky and they accomodated my annoying requests. It seemed like the lady was the manager or the lead for the night and she was an angel. Thank you guys so much.“

“Stopped at the N Power Rd branch the other day for lunch with my mother. Paige was amazing - our order was quite specific and she was so nice and friendly and got it exactly right. She even made relevant suggestions and offers that made it even better. Ten out of ten would absolutely come again…and we plan to! We’ve since been to other branches and they weren’t as good: not as friendly, clean, or accommodating.“

A sweet employee asked me if I was okay because "I looked a little down and wanted to make sure I was okay" which is probably the nicest thing a food service employee has ever asked me. “Good food, but somebody didn't spring for the automatic ice maker. Foods is great, but knocking off a star because while the working are toiling away making food they also have to stop and manually dump ice into the drink machine. Couldn't spring for that extra automatic ice maker on top when openening a business in Arizona???“

“I've had good experiences at this Firehouse - the employees are friendly and happy to help with requests. Only had my sandwich messed up once and they were quick to fix the issue. Only thing I will say is that you sometimes will have to wait quite a while to get your food but it isn't that big of a deal.“

“Excellent sub sandwich! We had chicken club limited. It has been a few years since I walked in to order, and the ordering kiosk is not user-friendly, and again, I say this about every business that uses kiosks in replacement of a human and that of an opportunity for employment. Otherwise, I like the Nastagic atmosphere in Firehouse Subs!“
