“I ordered for the first time and although it wasn’t ideal I want to give management and the delivery driver from this location a huge shout out and a big thank you. I waited for over an hour when I’m just minutes down the street. The manager did call me and say the delivery driver went to my home and a gentleman told him he didn’t order pizza. I had explained it wasn’t my home and no one ever showed up so she said they would remake my order fresh and it would be delivered asap. The driver called me after and explained the same thing. I waited outside this time and flagged him down, he admitted he was at the wrong house the first time and apologized. What I appreciated was the customer service, accountability and willingness to make things right! Great customer service is hard to find these days so thank you and keep up the great work!“
“Located 4 miles from my home, but my first impression, on the phone with Tammy and Steve, was to purchase pizza from this Papa John's, instead of the one only 1.5 miles away. And it was great and well worth it! I will go again and again! Thank you for everything!
Vegetarian options: I always buy pizza with veggies, but I'm now a Vegetarian.
Parking: I didn't put much attention to parking, since it appears to be for pickup and had enough parking space.“
“I had another great time at PJ in Mesa after my Apache Junction visit. The pizza was so fresh & tasty I finished it sitting at the store. I asked for extra cheese and tomato sauce with salami and ground beef. It got the job done really well.Service by Annalyse and John was superb.Highly recommended for fast, quality, delicious pizza.“
“I usually order from the website, the pizza has always been ready when I get there.. the main lady (Susan)that’s usually working nights is always cool, and w/ all the options it’s always made exactly how I like it, especially bc they have a lot of options (I usually prefer extra sauce and it’s free so that’s nice, im usually a pretty harsh critic but I haven’t really had any complaints on this location“
“Tried this location for the first time and was very happy! Called my order in and they said it would be ready in 20 mns. We got there in 10 and it was hot and delicious! Not usually the case at the one I used to go to. Definitely was impressed!“
