“The staff was great, but the cookies were too sweet. Plus the only place to sit was outside the Dunkin Donuts next door. The small lemonade i got for my daughter was over three dollars and it barely gave her three sips. But I got a free large water cup.“

“Hubby went to pick up a burger and fries. He ate there with a friend said the place was clean and pretty quiet. He brought my burger and fries. I am not a fan of mustard but that’ll my husband should know that. Fries are too thin on my opinion. Added lettuce and tomato here. As I heard there were better burgers there. Burger was tasty and flavourful.“

“We live super close to licks and I love to always try a different flavor and there custom milkshakes are so good also, if you look to the right of the fridge and between the lounge area on the wall there’s a menu for a bunch of different types of ice cream like one is a peanut butter sorta vibe ice cream cone and also another amazing thing is there staff they are always so friendly, I highly recommend this if your driving by or if you are eating dinner somewhere near I definitely recommend stopping by.“

“Overall, really good ice cream place that has a very unique execution. We really enjoyed the fresh ice cream here.
The main reason for deducting one star was I felt the pricing was a bit misrepresented and overall pretty high.
The cashier mentioned we could pick multiple different flavors that would be mixed up, but didn't mention it would be an extra charge. Then charges for every single mix in (which I did see posted). I really disliked being nickel and dimed - it's more of the principle thing for me. I feel for the cost, one added mix in should have been included.
Also, both if our cups were overflowing around the sides with caramel and hot fudge. The amount of fudge and caramel seemed okay for the price I guess.
Almost $20 for two ice creams... Maybe inflation and the times we are living in are just getting insane. I also suppose a lot of the cost comes from the liquid nitrogen setup and labor required for each fresh made ice cream.
Overall, really great place and the ice creams are all custom made just how you ordered it. Unique idea and we did enjoy it! Only down fall is getting nickle-and-dimed and overall a bit on the pricier side.“

“Pretty good ice cream, their strength is in their non dairy options. With all their regular flavors available with all their bases, it makes for a fun time. Minus a star for being the loudest ice cream parlor on the planet and terrible seating.“

“The Gelato is AMAZING. There's many flavors and the way they make it makes it healthier than regular ice cream. The only concern is the service and maybe atmosphere. The atmosphere is chill but also sometimes messy or dirty from Gelato. The service is good but one lady kinda scares me and has a rbf every time i see her. Kinda uncomfortable but an overall 5 star if you want good gelato“

Alyna makes the place amazingly clean I give a five star because the employees make it so Fun to drop in for a cold ice cream,I just wish that the Owners would allow the employees to have lunch it’s a shame Owners can eat but not their employees which makes their business. Please give your employees a lunch or Break I’m sure it would make it a better place to work knowing the owners care.“

“Went to the LaEncantata location this evening, super sweet, polite young lady, Amanda helped my boyfriend and I. We love going to Frost but early the in the resent past have had a few moody employees. Looks like they have some new employees that seems be happy and care. It is also a treat and sooooo yummy! “I recently shared a review about a DQ in Kearney Missouri where a $4 vanilla cone was the size of a kid's cone. I stopped at the DQ here on Prince Road in Tucson and ordered a medium vanilla cone. It was almost the same price as the one I ordered in Kearney MO DQ... a while back... about $4. I WAS AMAZED with the generous amount of ice cream! Thank you. The staff was friendly and fast. Thanks again for a nice sized ice cream cone.“
“The front counter worker was very thorough very personable knowing we were buying a birthday cake and even told my friend Happy 14th birthday I appreciated feeling welcomed as a customer and not being rushed. Past visits through drive-thru late evenings are always a plus the manager is very kind and accommodating for recommending when doing special order treats.“

“I stopped by on a friend's recommendation and was surprised. I was greeted by a kid named Geo, Geo helped me figure out what i was doing i had never been to a place like this. I saw the waffle cone cups. Geo asked if I wanted to taste test something right when I found the thin mint girl scout cookie, Geo said that's a new one for them. I added my toppings and left it was really good. I will be back when you go ask for Geo.I ate the top off.“
