“Sunnys just opened in September in 2023 and they are owned by Barter and Shake, the same owners as the renowned upscale themed bars at Century Grand. That means the drinks at Sunny's are AMAZING but at more affordable prices and for walk-in customers. They have done a lot with a small space to create a bar experience that feels like a well-kept secret, but this location needs to get more attention!!! Megan our bartender was so sweet, you can tell she loves her job and we felt like family. They offer an extensive list of craft cocktails but will also make you a vodka redbull or toss you a beer if that is what you are looking for. No food yet, but they are working to partner with some food trucks as they continue building the business.“

“Great place to relax and eat by the pool! We ordered the guac and salsa trio and split a grilled chicken sandwich. I also had a Corona. John was our waiter and was very kind. They even brought us two half servings of the sandwich since we were splitting it. Of course, this restaurant is in a very overpriced resort and the menu prices are pretty high. I'm not sure if he sensed the vibe afterwards but he shortly came back with an estimated time which should have been his first response. He barely checked on us while making sure to stay on top of his other tables. That was very upsetting to me considering I flew in from another state, and it's tradition for my friend and I to eat here when I come in town. This experience has made me reconsider where our new traditional spot will be.“

“I just spent my first time going to Ocean 44 and I must say, this is one of the best restaurants I had ever been to. When I took my wife there they really took care of us. Any questions we had about the menu they made sure they walked us through the whole menu so knew how everything works. They took care of us just as good as being at a life loan Doctors office. Then she walks by me and tends to someone else who showed up after me. I'm sorry, but if you are a bartended, YOU should scope the landscape and see who is new, and handle that business first. KTIM. No joke, i’ve been here for 45 min and its been 30 since i paid for my MODELO, and she hasnt taken my signed check, which she has seen and walked by at least 4/5 times….. not to mention she had time to be on her personal phone in the time i have been here.
Women shouldnt be at a gay bar, in my honest opinion. This is why. No attention to detail and clearly have pent up interpersonal feelings.
