“This Burger King seems like it’s busy enough to bring in good revenue. This message is for the Big Wigs- do better!! The employees need raises and the building needs renovations. My family of 6 visit here every couple times a year. We would spend more money/ come by once a week if the bathroom by the play area would work and if the service was faster! Like buy desserts once we’re done with our meal. Now look, I know the kind of neighborhood we live in. There are always one offs in customer service both customers and employees. But overall the kind employees look like they are trying and we can all do better with the homelessness in our community. Get access codes for the bathroom. The ceiling looks so run down but at least the furniture has improved. The downtown area has new businesses coming in and the area is still right off the freeway so traffic and business would soar with some improvements. Do better!!“
