“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

“Always have a great experience every time I come here . Toby helped me tonight , from helping me figure out what ice cream I was ordering tooooo even placing the box ice cream in a bag for me just so I didn’t get cold holding it to my car !!!!!! great customer service over all ! “This was my first time trying Mochinut. My niece and nephews wanted to try it. The donuts were very good . They had a lot of flavor. We got a 6 pack and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch was the best. We also tried, funnel cake, Oreo , Churro. Overall good service and donuts“

“Absolutely obsessed with Crumbl Cookies! I’m so glad my daughter introduced me to this amazing dessert spot—what a game-changer! The cookies are enormous, delicious, and bursting with flavor in every bite. The store is was clean, the staff is super friendly, and the whole experience just makes you smile. If you haven’t tried Crumbl yet, you’re seriously missing out!“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“First time visiting. We went for the free cookies (one day promotion). Martha Stewart's Chocolate chip - so good! The server handed them to us and never tried to make us feel guilty for not buying anything. So, I decided to buy a variety of the options available that week. They weren't free, but they were delicious. They are a bit pricey, but each cookie is big enough for sharing. I may not go weekly, but a once a month treat is definitely in my future.“

“A wonderful company, me and my wife rented the shaved ice trailer out for our wedding, it was an amazing experience with them and they even accommodated us during our crazy big day. Their customer service was great and they served all of our 342 guests in a very timely manner. What’s most important to me is the fact that their shaved ice was phenomenal, best flavors ever.“
