I really like the spicy warrior noodles. The atmosphere is great and the interior and patio are gorgeous. The staff are wonderful. We had a great time. :)
I don’t understand why this place isn’t packed on a Friday night for dinner service. The food is incredible and I haven’t found a place in Phoenix until now that could match Chinatown in NYC level of deliciousness. This place is the real deal!! We had the collagen noodle soup, the crescents, dumplings and fried chicken. Everything was incredible and I don’t say that lightly!!
Really enjoyed this place! The beef wonton soup was excellent. The broth had so much flavor, and you could tell the beef wontons were fresh. The chicken skewers didn’t have a ton of chicken and were a little on the dry side, but they were still really tasty. Definitely coming back for that soup!

Collagen Dumpling Dynasty is a quality establishment with a welcoming and delightful interior and a cozy ambiance. The food is fresh, tasty, and unique. The menu features made-from-scratch broths and a focus on using collagen broth. Guests have enjoyed the collagen noodle soup, the crescents, dumplings, fried chicken, beef wonton soup, chicken skewers, an egg and tomato dish, rice, cumin chicken legs, King Pao Chicken, lemon chicken, fried rice, and the little animal “jello” for dessert. The beef wonton soup was excellent with a flavorful broth and fresh beef wontons. The chicken skewers were a little on the dry side but still really tasty. Service was quick, pleasant, and welcoming, with detailed descriptions of the menu. The owner came over to build a relationship with the table. Half off dumplings on Thursdays. Highly recommend.
