Food has been always good from my experience. Biriyanis and goat pepper fry are awesome. Service need improvement, often ends up calling multiple times for the order since they are busy and no callbacks though promised.
Desi Gadi Food Truck offers some of the best South Indian cuisine in Phoenix town! The flavors are authentic, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. I recently tried their special Chicken Dum Biryani, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a delightful experience. If you're a fan of South Indian cuisine, this food truck is a must-visit. 5 stars!

Note that there are 2 Desi Gaadi (literally translates to Indian vehicle) food trucks. As of this writing, Desi Gaadi 1.0 is "permanently" parked Wednesday thru Monday at the Turmeric Indian Cash and Carry parking lot on Bell Road in Phoenix. There are no tables at the 1.0 location and the area is not well lit. They tell me Desi Gaadi 2.0 is active Wednesdays to Sundays and moves around a lot.
