Coffee we ordered was amazing both times. Not sure if just short staffed or slow, but our average wait time for our coffee is about 30 minutes, with less than 7 cars in front of us. They are incredibly slow. 45 minutes we spent there last night: 30 minutes before they took our order. We go to lots of different Dutch Bros all over Arizona, and we never have to wait as long as we do at this location. :(
I enjoy the drinks here. And when the line is short it's totally worth it. I struggle when the line gets long because I feel there's no real order to the order taking process. So if you "choose the wrong line" you could end up sitting while someone who just drove up zooms past you. I know the employees try but it's frustrating. I also appreciate the friendliness of employees but sometimes (especially when the line is long) I don't want a whole conversation, I just want my items.

I want to like it because it's conveniently located... But I've gone here to this location twice now and did not enjoy my drinks. The first time I went the line was pretty long and took over half hour to get through. The second time I was in an out in less than 10 minutes.
