“Very clean, open view to the kitchen. Friendly staff. Like it that there are GF options available. Serves Dole Whip which is a plus. Food and serving size are decent but ordered the pineapple skewer on the side and it is quite small. Wish it was white meat chicken in the meal… did not care for the dark meat. If subbing for dietary restrictions they upcharge depending on choice selected.“

“LOVE this place! Had been to their original Maui restaurant, so was delighted to see another here in Arizona when we moved to Phoenix 4 years ago!

As we were leaving today we met the new owners. WAIT WHAT? The new owners were a delight and vowed not to change anything... shew! I had just brought a friend who'd never been there and she loved it too.

Going for the first time? Get the Fish Tacos and onion rings! That's my go to! Everything on the menu is delicious!

Parking: Ina shopping mall so LOTS of parking stalls

Kid-friendliness: Nothing super special for kids but, you can definitely bring them in.

“I’ve heard about this new Hawaiian spot for awhile & we finally made it downtown to check them out.. I’m now regretting not trying them sooner!! Teriyaki steak was my fave, the pog juice was amazing & I was able to get me a haupia shaved ice 🤤😋❤️ thank you Loco Style Grindz we will be back & I 1000% recommend giving them a try!!“

“This is the most authentic hawaii fast restaurant my family and I have been too since we moved here from Vegas 3 years ago. The food is ridiculously delicious and huge amount for your money. I will most certainly be coming back here whenever we are craving real Hawaiian food. It’s a 35 minutes drive well worth more with traffic but it’s ok.“

“This is a lucky find. The bbq beef has the enduring flavour of umame. It’s no wonder people are lined up out the door; they’re addicted!! It’s really like that ; you want to order it again after all you got left is an empty plate. But who’s going to do that. Huh?“

“I recently ordered takeout from little asia , and I’m still thinking about the experience — yes, it was that good.

I got a small Chicken Teriyaki plate and a small plate of Orange Chicken, and right off the bat, the presentation blew me away. For a takeout spot, the care they put into plating the dishes was beyond impressive it was neat, vibrant, and honestly some of the best presentation I’ve ever seen from a takeout restaurant.

Flavor-wise, both dishes were packed with bold, satisfying tastes. The Chicken Teriyaki had that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, with tender chicken and a beautifully glazed finish. But the real standout for me was the Orange Chicken.... I’m usually cautious with this dish since it tends to be overly sweet at most places, but not here. The sauce had a bright, tangy flavor that brought real depth and balance.

Beyond the food, the service was incredibly fast and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. You can tell they care about what they’re doing, and it shows in every aspect from the packaging to the warm customer interaction.

This place is the definition of a hidden gem. I truly hope they get the recognition and business they deserve, because they’re serving up exceptional food with heart.

“When I walked in I was anxious but the girl at the front was super sweet and helpful. The food came out quickly and I sat in the restaurant to eat to enjoy the ambiance and to see the rush of people come in for their free spam musubi. It's been my favorite establishment since I was introduced in hawaii. I will always support them. Thank you again for the amazing food!!“

They check in with you often when you are in your day bed or sun chairs but will also find you if you are in the pool to make sure you still don’t need anything! I really liked that. The atmosphere was so fun & chill. The DJ played really great songs. Would recommend to friends or family!“
