“I eat here multiple times a week and its usually a great experience sometimes depending on the crew portions can be inconsistent but there are 3 team members that really make each visit a good experience and when I walk in and see any or all of them ik I'll be taken care of

“This Panda is like other restaurants in the Airport Terminals . It is noisy , smelly , and crowded ! But the staff and the food are always great ? . I see some reviews that list problems , but aren't even the close to the facts . If you order Supergreens , it's Broccoli and Cabbage , if you order mixed vegetables , you get , 6 types of veggies.“

“Oh man... I would love to give 5 stars for food. But as a foodie and a lover of sort of Asian food cuisine. They need to train to recognize when to rehydrate cooked food to keep it hot and appealing. Please and thank you. ?

Vegetarian options: I could go in sooooo many directions with this. BUT... imagine vegetarian meals cooked to order, at the counter,(its fast food though), or a dedicated vegetarian section,(but keep it hydrated please).“

“Tasty Food, Great Service, But Watch Those Portions and Prices
Panda Express offers delicious dishes and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes compared to the prices. It felt like I wasn't getting enough for what I paid.
Also, getting basic necessities like napkins and sauces was surprisingly difficult. It almost felt like they were trying to charge extra for those.
Overall, it's a mixed bag. If you have a bigger budget or don't mind smaller portions, you might still enjoy it for the flavors and service.“

“Got food here after a long drive and was thoroughly exhausted and wanting something before I had to get right back on the road again.

Been a while since I had Panda Express, and I had been craving it since there are no locations at home.

Got some classic Orange Chicken and Chow Mein with a drink and all of it, as I had hoped, was delicious and magnificently cooked.

Absolute praise to the Cooks and Staff for such a refreshing lunch; I hope to be back at this wonderful location someday! :)“

“We ordered a couple of Big Plate with half noodles and half mixed greens, along with three entrées: Original Orange Chicken, String Bean Chicken, and Teriyaki Chicken, plus unlimited drink refills. The flavors of all three chicken dishes were absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed our meal in the outdoor seating area, soaking in the perfect weather, the food truly complemented the entire experience. It was a wholesome protein-packed meal with plenty of broccoli, spinach, and chicken. The taste was unique and well-balanced; I’ve had Orange Chicken at many places, but Panda Express really stands out for its perfectly balanced flavor.“

“Good location. I don't like the manager. I seen him treat am employees very bad during the pandemic. I called corporate and complained. But who knows if he got fired or not. He should have been. The food is great tho. The employees you can see are very nice and polite and clean.“

“I am still giving this place a five-star rating although I waited an awfully long time for some food to be cooked. It was worth the wait. It was very fresh and the ladies up front did a great job acknowledging my wait time and even offered me a free large drink for the hassle. “This is a really nice place. I've seen it open in the past few months haven't made it in until today. The people here are really nice. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing I'm going to come in here more often and it's a nice feel.

I was hungry and I ordered the chow mein and both the walnut shrimp and whatever the new spicy shrimp is. They were both great I think I prefer the walnut shrimp.

Also I ordered the orange chicken and two spring rolls. They were good. When I went to get my drink there were two iced teas normally I don't drink black iced tea but this said it had honey in it I tried it it was amazing. I also had some of the passion iced tea they had. I stuffed myself but the food was very good. I'm going to start eating there more often.“

“Went through the drive through. I had to park and wait for my order, as there was a run on Teriyaki chicken that day. I was pleasantly surprised when they brought out my order to my car as soon as I parked. That didn't effect the taste of the food, after it's Panda Express. Always good.“

“Came in shortly before close and the restaurant was out of the food I was looking to order. The associate Andres and the other workers made my order fresh without complaint. I know it’s not convenient to make food as you’re cleaning the kitchen and restaurant, so it was appreciated :) great service.“

“The Staff Were Very Friendly and Helpful! The Food was Hot and Fresh! And, even though, it was close to closing time, they made Fresh food for us, after they ran out of what we wanted. Even after telling them, there was No Need for it, that we could choose something else!! I've been to A Few different Other Panda's, and the Employees, Have All Be Rude AF! Not here! They All Deserve A Raise!! 🙂 Recommend 10/10“

“Forget what other people who don't live on campus say about this place. I live on campus, the staff is kind and always offer samples to try new items. Yes mistakes can be made but the food is made cleanly and quickly. They work with a huge population of students to smoothly deliver food to the masses. Job well done.“

“Check for those extra charges.Food is not bad but the help are quite rude, if you ask for something to do or not, the ladies starting by the shift leader will give you plenty peppers in your sides.You can feel the tension in the people working, like walking in egg shells.Stopped only cause was on my route back home.No a fan of this location in particular.

“I usually wait until I finish my food to review but, this place just made my day even better, all the staff is Latino and bilingual, very friendly, smiling and treating customers awesome ?since you open the door is all smiles and a very fun welcoming to you. Place is very clean, fast service, good atmosphere. I hv been there in different states different pandas ? and this is the first time an employee stop by the tables to make sure you are OK or need anything. ???? Congrats to this team.“

“I work at Desert Ridge so I come here about 3 times a week. Here’s what I have to say:

This location is the absolute best. I love the quality of the dining area and the food. Using the Panda rewards app is also great-I didn’t know about it until the staff explained it to me and now I save so much money.

I love the staff here too- they’re so kind and friendly! Vincey and Valentina are super fun to chat to when I see them. I love the community they have behind the counter.

“I recently visited Panda Express and overall had a good experience. To start, Alexia was wonderful! She greeted me with a smile, served my food with great energy, and even carried a friendly conversation with me about the walnut shrimp. She wished me a good day as I left, which really made the interaction pleasant. The food portions were decent, and everything looked fresh.

On the other hand, my experience at the register wasn’t as positive. Lizet had me waiting while she finished cleaning, and when she finally helped me, she didn’t greet or smile. She seemed distracted with a conversation happening in the kitchen. When I asked for hot sauce, she gave me only two packets, and when I asked if my rewards had scanned, she didn’t respond. After I scanned again, she asked in a tired tone which one I wanted to use. I ended up using the larger reward I had earned when a different location messed up my order.

I also showed my Military ID, and while I understand that only one discount can be applied, the way she told me came across with a sour attitude. In the past, staff usually tried both just to see if it would work, so I felt brushed off.

Overall, I was happy with my meal and very thankful for Alexia’s excellent service, but I do believe the customer service at the register could be improved. I truly enjoy Panda Express and keep coming back because of the food and the rewards I’ve earned.

“Went here to eat with my mom. I asked for a plate and it turned out to be a bigger plate at checkout. Only received 1 fortune cookie for 2 people. The girl at the checkout had a bad accent and I couldn't understand her. The grilled teriyaki chicken tasted bitter. They gave us kid cups for our soda.“

* Very disappointed from the visit last night.. what a difference it makes when the manager cares for their customers and hands on helping the staff.. but, not this time.. after paying my bill I waited 20 minutes for the cook to make my dish while my rice and cheese rangoons getting cold in the same box on the back counter waiting. Finally, when my dish was ready set in the back counter I had to tell the server to please complete my order. She put one side dish in the box and handed to me, i show her my receipt and told her I paid for two side dish plate. She fixed the plate with attitude. I had my 8 yrs old grandson with me waiting and that time his food got cold waiting also. Poor service and quality not happy visit. 10/2 7:30pm“

“It was my first time going to this place, the restaurant was clean, all that you can expect of an American chain restaurant, the thing that I liked the most is that the kitchen is on plain sight, that is something very important, because I don't trust in a restaurant that the kitchen is hidden in the back, like most Chinese cuisine restaurants, the service was nice, the food was ok, the price was very cheap for a large amount of food I have to tell, I got a bigger plate for 12 dlls and let me tell you, it didn't even fit on the tray.
