Panda Express in Phoenix

“This Panda is like other restaurants in the Airport Terminals . It is noisy , smelly , and crowded ! But the staff and the food are always great ? . I see some reviews that list problems , but aren't even the close to the facts . If you order Supergreens , it's Broccoli and Cabbage , if you order mixed vegetables , you get , 6 types of veggies.“

“Foods always fresh here , but the staff seem to always prioritize online orders despite super long lines in store.

In store customers should never take the back seat.

I've watched them do 3 massive online orders and ignoring the 8+ customers in line.“

“It was pretty good, not fresh fresh but ok. For 2 of the smallest items with 2 drinks it was $25.00, which is excessive. I could make what we had for 1/4 of the price. It tasted good though.

Parking: It is in a strip mall, so there's lots of parking

“DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER PANDA. This is the one! Ambrina was super nice and accommodating and so was the cook. His name is Russel. Food was amazing. They made me fresh orange chicken despite having a lot out. So rare to get good customer service at a Panda Express. Ambrina and Russel earned my repeat business. See you soon!“

“When I arrived to the restaurant the food was fresh (Almod) the cook was so polite and welcoming. Also, Bianca ha very good customer service skills she didn’t have a nasty attitude like others. Her smile was so opening. I would definitely visit location again“

“Food was on point absolutely delicious hit the spot and the spot is a mile from my house so that’s a plus the person who filled my online order was very professional and even took the initiative to fill my drink up instead of just handing me the cups this is a minor thing to most, but to me it shows that the customer service is on par Definitely will be returning.“

“Oh man... I would love to give 5 stars for food. But as a foodie and a lover of sort of Asian food cuisine. They need to train to recognize when to rehydrate cooked food to keep it hot and appealing. Please and thank you. ?

Vegetarian options: I could go in sooooo many directions with this. BUT... imagine vegetarian meals cooked to order, at the counter,(its fast food though), or a dedicated vegetarian section,(but keep it hydrated please).“

I get sick easily due to improperly cooked food or use or non organic spices. I don't get sick from Panda Express. Although, I only get their chow main and teriyaki chicken, the rest of the food looks great.“

“I usually wait until I finish my food to review but, this place just made my day even better, all the staff is Latino and bilingual, very friendly, smiling and treating customers awesome ?since you open the door is all smiles and a very fun welcoming to you. Place is very clean, fast service, good atmosphere. I hv been there in different states different pandas ? and this is the first time an employee stop by the tables to make sure you are OK or need anything. ???? Congrats to this team.“

“This location is awesome in my opinion, it's unique with their ability to facilitate drive thru orders. The food is always good and I have never had issues with my orders.

That being said, I am not sure why some customers are complaining about the lack of certain food items toward closing time. They ensure quality at every level and would not waste food by having to prepare an entire serving of lets say rice.. especially when you are simply ordering one serving, be more realistic with your expectations.“

“Good location. I don't like the manager. I seen him treat am employees very bad during the pandemic. I called corporate and complained. But who knows if he got fired or not. He should have been. The food is great tho. The employees you can see are very nice and polite and clean.“

“The Staff Were Very Friendly and Helpful! The Food was Hot and Fresh! And, even though, it was close to closing time, they made Fresh food for us, after they ran out of what we wanted. “This was my first time at this location. They did not disappoint. The customer service was good. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken and spring rolls. I got plenty of chicken. They were a bit stingy with the rice. The food was delicious. I will return again. I recommend this location.“

“Forget what other people who don't live on campus say about this place. I live on campus, the staff is kind and always offer samples to try new items. Yes mistakes can be made but the food is made cleanly and quickly. They work with a huge population of students to smoothly deliver food to the masses. Job well done.“

“Check for those extra charges.Food is not bad but the help are quite rude, if you ask for something to do or not, the ladies starting by the shift leader will give you plenty peppers in your sides.You can feel the tension in the people working, like walking in egg shells.Stopped only cause was on my route back home.No a fan of this location in particular.

“I work at Desert Ridge so I come here about 3 times a week. Here’s what I have to say:

This location is the absolute best. I love the quality of the dining area and the food. Using the Panda rewards app is also great-I didn’t know about it until the staff explained it to me and now I save so much money.

I love the staff here too- they’re so kind and friendly! Vincey and Valentina are super fun to chat to when I see them. I love the community they have behind the counter.

10/10 would highly recommend!“

“It was my first time going to this place, the restaurant was clean, all that you can expect of an American chain restaurant, the thing that I liked the most is that the kitchen is on plain sight, that is something very important, because I don't trust in a restaurant that the kitchen is hidden in the back, like most Chinese cuisine restaurants, the service was nice, the food was ok, the price was very cheap for a large amount of food I have to tell, I got a bigger plate for 12 dlls and let me tell you, it didn't even fit on the tray.

“Really easy to place an order and very quick to get the meal. The drive through is ultra long which is great so the drive-thru lane doesn't interfere with traffic on this small parking lot. Food is generally tasty and staff is friendly most of the time depending on the day and time of course.“
