Panda Express in Phoenix

“This Panda is like other restaurants in the Airport Terminals . It is noisy , smelly , and crowded ! But the staff and the food are always great ? . I see some reviews that list problems , but aren't even the close to the facts . If you order Supergreens , it's Broccoli and Cabbage , if you order mixed vegetables , you get , 6 types of veggies.“

“Food was on point absolutely delicious hit the spot and the spot is a mile from my house so that’s a plus the person who filled my online order was very professional and even took the initiative to fill my drink up instead of just handing me the cups this is a minor thing to most, but to me it shows that the customer service is on par Definitely will be returning.“

“Foods always fresh here , but the staff seem to always prioritize online orders despite super long lines in store.

In store customers should never take the back seat.

I've watched them do 3 massive online orders and ignoring the 8+ customers in line.“

“It was pretty good, not fresh fresh but ok. For 2 of the smallest items with 2 drinks it was $25.00, which is excessive. I could make what we had for 1/4 of the price. It tasted good though.

Parking: It is in a strip mall, so there's lots of parking

“When I arrived to the restaurant the food was fresh (Almod) the cook was so polite and welcoming. Also, Bianca ha very good customer service skills she didn’t have a nasty attitude like others. Her smile was so opening. I would definitely visit location again“

“I’ve been here a few times, not always the most friendly serviers and was looking at other options untill today I thought one more try, I went and Kevin served me, lovely friendly understanding, knew how much I love that honey walnut shrimp. “Oh man... I would love to give 5 stars for food. But as a foodie and a lover of sort of Asian food cuisine. They need to train to recognize when to rehydrate cooked food to keep it hot and appealing. Please and thank you. ?

Vegetarian options: I could go in sooooo many directions with this. BUT... imagine vegetarian meals cooked to order, at the counter,(its fast food though), or a dedicated vegetarian section,(but keep it hydrated please).“

“I haven't been in years and this location is always busy from open to close. We went inside and the manager was on the line helping her crew. She actually took our order and she was super nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I liked the food then I would go more often.“

“I usually wait until I finish my food to review but, this place just made my day even better, all the staff is Latino and bilingual, very friendly, smiling and treating customers awesome ?since you open the door is all smiles and a very fun welcoming to you. “Went through the drive through. I had to park and wait for my order, as there was a run on Teriyaki chicken that day. I was pleasantly surprised when they brought out my order to my car as soon as I parked. That didn't effect the taste of the food, after it's Panda Express. Always good.“

“You walk into a fast food place for a quick meal and you walk into a fine restaurant for an experience. But with truly great front staff, even a fast food place can become an experience.

We arrived late in the evening on August 11th 2025 after a long day, tired and hungry. The front lady working that shift completely saved our day. She was warm, friendly and full of energy, turning what could have been just another late-night bite into something we will remember from our trip.“

This location is the absolute best. I love the quality of the dining area and the food. Using the Panda rewards app is also great-I didn’t know about it until the staff explained it to me and now I save so much money.

I love the staff here too- they’re so kind and friendly! Vincey and Valentina are super fun to chat to when I see them. I love the community they have behind the counter.

“Check for those extra charges.Food is not bad but the help are quite rude, if you ask for something to do or not, the ladies starting by the shift leader will give you plenty peppers in your sides.You can feel the tension in the people working, like walking in egg shells.Stopped only cause was on my route back home.No a fan of this location in particular.

“Went here to eat with my mom. I asked for a plate and it turned out to be a bigger plate at checkout. Only received 1 fortune cookie for 2 people. The girl at the checkout had a bad accent and I couldn't understand her. The grilled teriyaki chicken tasted bitter. They gave us kid cups for our soda.“

Yes mistakes can be made but the food is made cleanly and quickly. They work with a huge population of students to smoothly deliver food to the masses. Job well done.“

“As an Uber Eats & Doordash driver, the employees at this Panda Express restaurant went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. This help with orders coming in and leaving the restaurant allows us to deliver items to customers more quickly.“

“It was my first time going to this place, the restaurant was clean, all that you can expect of an American chain restaurant, the thing that I liked the most is that the kitchen is on plain sight, that is something very important, because I don't trust in a restaurant that the kitchen is hidden in the back, like most Chinese cuisine restaurants, the service was nice, the food was ok, the price was very cheap for a large amount of food I have to tell, I got a bigger plate for 12 dlls and let me tell you, it didn't even fit on the tray.
