“I came in 10 minutes before close and got Shelia as my server, she was amazing super kind and still had a smile on her face even though it was late and they were about to close. Such good energy will be coming back just because of her! 😊“

“The employees here are all so welcoming and great location in central Phoenix. I always order my usual and my salad was made so nice. One of the prettiest nice looking salad with the right amount of size. The only thing is the dining areas are always messy. Thank you to whoever made the salad between pick up time 11:30-Noon. “Definitely one of my favorite local sandwich shops in the valley. Panera Breads always does it right. I’ve noticed this particular location in Paradise Valley off of Cactus Road the customer service is stupendous from my observations especially since I’ve been there multiple times. Today I got one of my favorites. The full size Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with extra greens and a bowl of Cheddar Cheese Broccoli soup. It was absolutely delicious.“

“I had a great experience at Panera. I ordered the “You Pick Two” with a half salad and half sandwich, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The portions were just right and really satisfying without being too heavy. Service was quick, and the food came out exactly as expected. Definitely a reliable spot for a tasty and wholesome meal!“

“Sheba was genuinely amazing and sweet and warm. We explained that we’ve never been there and that our assumptions about the food were the reason behind our decisions to never try it, and she was very sweet and warm about all of it. Our gift card did not work and Sheba and another employee happily worked together to resolve our issue. I ordered the Turkey sandwich and it was SO good and SO filling and the chocolate chip cookies were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. We wanted to go back the following day, but we didn’t get the opportunity to and I plan to take the kids within the next week because they really enjoyed the cookies too! Than you Panera Bread for making out first visit super uber pleasant and thank you Sheba, for helping us out of our comfort zone and trying new things and going above and beyond to ensure that our first visit was well worth it. It was so nutritious, like an entire food pyramid. Each juicy tomato bursting in my mouth combined with the kalamata olives, crispy multiple leaf lettuce, cucumbers, and grains danced on my palate. “I had such a great experience at the Panera Bread in Terminal 3 of the Phoenix airport! Their cashier, Elias, was an absolute standout. He was incredibly upbeat, friendly, and genuinely accommodating — you could tell he truly cared about his job and the customers he served.

Elias took the time to double-check every order with each customer, making sure everything was perfect before they walked away. That kind of attention to detail and kindness is rare, especially in a busy airport setting. His positive energy was contagious and such a refreshing note to end our trip on.“

“It was the closest place to the Aloft after a long day of travel. I walked to it and was a bit confused because the dining room was closed but drive thru and app ordering available. I wanted to make sure they were really still open and caught the attention of Monique. She was very helpful and came to the front door to take my order! I waited outside and she brought me my food. Back at the hotel enjoyed my good meal!“
