“Not all Subways are alike. I usually order on the app and pick up these days. They almost always have my order ready ahead of me arriving. I don't know the guy's name that was making my sandwiches last time but he seemed to be in charge there and he was really pleasant and made a great sandwich. I was dreading a big line and got lucky nobody was there until I was leaving. He had a nice demeanor and made everything perfectly. He said enjoy the sandwiches and I really did. I even tipped him a few bucks. I've been eating Subway for so many years and it's nice to see someone that likes their job and does it well.“

“Mike and his crew always know how to make my kids and I feel so welcomed every week and they don't hesitate to try and put a smile on my daughters face. “I pre-ordered my food today for lunch had eta of 11:25, I was there early , sandwhich didn't get started until 11:30 most would take this as all negatives. It was the lunch rush and only a single sandwich artist by herself. But I got to say bravo she handled the line and mutiple order's extremely well .“

See, Subway doesn't have a drive thru, and I don't think I'd get my sandwiches the way I want them if I wasn't standing over the teenagers, telling them how to do it, so it's okay that there's no drive thru.

As long as the product is fresh and I get plenty of lettuce, Subway is always good. It's one of my favorite places, as a matter of fact. Especially on days when I actually DO go there, LoL! 😂“

“When I arrived at 8 am it was closed and the girl told me that it didn't open until 9 am I had a mess she told me that there was no soup and then she brought out very degraded soup in everything she complained doing things sighing and reluctantly it is something annoying What a shame there was always a man named José who attended with joy and everything was organized“

“Came to this subway out my are due to another one in my area was out of stock on multiple products.
But this subway was amazing! The workers were so friendly and accommodating in what you wanted and how much or making sure they took there time to make each sandwich keep in mind I had 4 foot longs.. when checking out is what I loved most, she asked if we had any coupons and I didn’t but she looked around to see if she had any she could use for me and I was so please just the time to take to do that!!

I thought that one foot long had to be ordered on the app and the second one in the store , but I was mistaken. “It is an extremely convenient location due to the fact that it is attached to a Shell gas station, it's next to the freeway and super close to the airport. The food was fresh and made very satisfactory. It is also worth noting that the Sub-Specialists (those who assembled our subs) were incredibly pleasant and patient and were always smiling ? the ladies here had my son and I both laughing. They honestly made our visit a very happy one. Thanks, ladies! You both deserve a raise!

“I had to walk out of Subway on 7 th st and Dunlap for poor customer,attitudinal problems , being obviously high while fixing my sandwiches & touchiing all kinds of things in front or in the back out of site and not wanting to change their gloves without giving a rude attitude or justify while they dont need too so i left and drove out of my way to the next nearest subway and AMEN.....i wanna give a huge Thank-you to Kris & Adriana for always being the epitome of what a ex subway Manager being myself would be honored and lucky to have on my Team. “Was greeted immediately as we walked in.Employees who assisted us today at 6:41PM were very friendly and knowledgeable of coupons. The place was clean and that’s important. The service was quick and easy to place. This is not our first time here and the Customer Service is always great. “Only one employee doing everything. People would walk in and then turn around and leave,
That one employee tho, he was kicking butt doing everything. The drive thru lane, walk in traffic, getting more food from the back, etc.
One customer came in, got an attitude when he asked if the employee was the only one working and stormed off. It was completely unnecessary.
Did we wait a bit longer? Yes. Was it worth it? Also yes.“

“I frequent this subway for my lunch break. When I go during lunch, it’s super busy. However, the employees work quickly and accurately to get orders out. Sometimes their demeanor can be neutral rather than upbeat, but I’ve never had a negative experience.“

“I get fixated on subway tuna once every year and so this is where I’ve been getting my fix this month. They never make me feel crazy (despite getting two double meet tuna sandwiches a day) and the tuna always tastes so fresh! It’s the only location I go to because it always tastes top pier. I can always tell when tuna isn’t fresh, but not here! They are so kind, quick, and from what I can see- clean. Will be a happy customer until this fixation is over l“
