Wendy's in Phoenix

“They had a new manager named Heather who was so kind and attentive. She saw my grandma with her walker so helped her and brought her tray to her table for her. Had I not been so busy id have posted sooner. Need more kind managers who care on her level!!“

“Decent Wendy’s location still holds Dave Thomas legacy & dreams alive! They have some good meal deals for just five bucks right now. This location is great just pulling out in to traffic leaving can be sketchy, it’s on the corner.

Parking: It’s on a busy corner, be mindful of cars & pedestrians.“

“I don't usually eat fast food but when I do, I want it to look like the pictures. This is the only Wendy's that I will eat at in Phoenix because it looks like the pictures. The other locations never look like the picture and/or have other problems with the staff that clearly don't care about your food. The people that work here seem to be fantastic at what they do. If you are within 15 minutes of this location don't go to the other locations.“

“Had miss communication the man taking my order made up for it with complimentary large drinks I said large breakfast combos he thought it was small he let me add large potato wedges and then asked if I'd like large drinks he was very kind as all wendys employees have been when I go threw the drive threw and even dining in.“

“This is the BEST Wendy’s I’ve been to. Everyone is so friendly, everything is so clean, all the food is fresh and tasty!!

Kid-friendliness: There isn’t a playground, but the employees are very friendly and patient with my child who is wanting to be independent and order and pay on her own.“

“We went on Thursday around 4:30 to grab a quick dinner since we had errands to run. I had my two kids, and from the beginning, the staff was so friendly.

The store was super clean, the food was quick and seemed very fresh. Throughout our visit the gentleman came and checked on us and talked to the kids.

We came back after our errands through the drive thru, because the kids wanted a frosty... the guy recognized us and was very kind!“

“I walked over from Discount tire, since my car needed a flat repair. I have had Wendy's breakfast a few times in the past 6 months and it has always been good. But, this time;

The cashier who took my order blew me away. She was probably a manager and she was having a tough day from Sunday time at the lake (Sun burn). Not only did she impressed me, but she was pleasant. She was very kind and was very friendly.

I will definitely be returning to Wendy's breakfast more often now.

“The employees are so nice! At this location they have long time employees in the am shifts cuz i see them alot lol and they are always so nice and accommodating. The night shift is so nice too! They are newer but still super cool. We love the biggie bags. Chille and the smoothies.“

“Drive thru was very long at 9pm. It makes it hard for those who park upfront by doors to back out and leave. I had to back up twice to let people out.

Food was good. I just feel like the biggie bags used to be a better deal. The amount of nuggets and frys isn’t satisfying. The burger was good.“

It's hard to get out during lunch. It's faster to get out when parked in reverse especially when parked in the Handicap area cause it's close to drive thru“

“Came here for lunch today with my kids. Keanna was super nice and understanding when our drink spilled on the way out. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food! We really enjoyed our experience today. The manager on duty was also great! :)“

“I just ordered my.lunch thru the drive thru, very good service. My 1st time at this location, and the food was very fresh. Matter of fact, freshest burger I had in a long time. It was very tadty. I will definitely return to this location again soon. Thx Wendy's.“

“Can’t speak to the food but the nicest gentleman came and helped me put on my spare tire at 6:30 in the morning after it blew out on the freeway. One of the other workers also came out to make sure I was ok and that I was able to drive away safely with my spare on. Kind people work here!“

“The food is always room temperature here. The other Wendy’s restaurants I go to have hot food. I only come here because I am visiting Home Depot. I think I will have to find a different spot. This is the 4th time in 2 months. Please check your food temperatures. I hope I don’t get sick.

I have to update this review. I ordered the same thing as I did last time and it came out hot! It seems this issue has been corrected. Thank you. I enjoy Wendy’s breakfast but only when it is hot. The service was better as well. I will check back in next time to confirm.“

“I love the salads, & my burger was fresh and tasted great. We were the only ones actually inside the restaurant, but there were a lot of people going thru the drivethru.
We waited and waited & I finally asked what was taking so long and a short, black girl came out and yelled at me saying she didnt care how long it was taking. Not friendly at all. TERRIBLE customer service, great food.

“When I eat at Wendy's Restaurant, I like to go inside where I found it clean and little quite to enjoy my meal. The food was hot and fresh I order a combo 4 with extra pickles and it was delious.

“Now when it comes to the food 10/5. But it is just sad is the customer service through the drive through. IDK if these girls get bullied or what but attitudes always. They're pretty but act like they are forced to be there. No I don't expect a huge smile but I'm there contributing to your pay check, my service keeps your job. I love my spicy chicken sandwich. The food is always how I ask at times, I just have to be very specific or they will just blow you off if you ask or tell them how or like extra of something. I know there is a new store so now I try to avoid this one. What's crazy my real first job was working at Wendy's in Goodyear. Many years ago but not EVER gave attitude, hell I'd have people try to get me to leave and work elsewhere. 5 years with Wendy's till something better came along.“
