Wendy's in Phoenix

“November 2025. WENDY'S. Breakfast deals at 2 item choices for $3 is nice. Choices are English muffins or biscuits with meat or egg and cheese. You can choose the seasoned potatoes as one of the items and they are good. Seniors get a free small soda. Service was a little slow as the employee was working on morning preparations at Wendy's. Their large seating area was spacious and, since I was dining in, I was able to watch the local news and weather forecast. The floor was quite sticky in the dining area. The ladies restroom had 2 toilets and 1 sink. Paper towels and toilet paper were available. I did like this Wendy's location.“

“Very good special deals. Five dollars for a good cheeseburger, four chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Also free order of fries on Fridays with purchase. You may need the app for the offer, and the app has perks including special deals and free food earned with points on each purchase. The food is hot, fresh and tasty. Restroom was clean. “I don't usually eat fast food but when I do, I want it to look like the pictures. This is the only Wendy's that I will eat at in Phoenix because it looks like the pictures. The other locations never look like the picture and/or have other problems with the staff that clearly don't care about your food. The people that work here seem to be fantastic at what they do. If you are within 15 minutes of this location don't go to the other locations.“

“It was really quiet and peaceful inside. I got my food pretty quickly and the employees were really polite and friendly. It wasn't crowded either. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's over a lot of them that I've been too.“

“Decent Wendy’s location still holds Dave Thomas legacy & dreams alive! They have some good meal deals for just five bucks right now. This location is great just pulling out in to traffic leaving can be sketchy, it’s on the corner.

Parking: It’s on a busy corner, be mindful of cars & pedestrians.“

“I always get the same thing, a sour cream and chive baked potato and a cup of chili. Their potatoes are cooked perfectly almost every time.
My only disappointment is that they don’t offer a side salad anymore. There are often times I want a small salad, not a $9 or $10 salad, with my baked potato.
3 Stars for the atmosphere, it used to look nicer, and they had more booths with padded seating. It looks more like a classroom with wooden tables and chairs.“

Stay away from this particular Wendy’s it’s Horrible!!!!!!!

“This is by far the best Wendy's location I've ever been to. It had nothing to do with the food. Don't get me wrong, the food is fresh and made just as expected. There's an employee here named Lamar who just goes above and beyond to help and has world class customer service. I witnessed him leading his team and creating a happy, energetic atmosphere. “This is an honest Wendy's I was charged $55 for a large chili on my card 2 days before Christmas the manager went above and beyond to get my money back that I was overcharged and this time of the year that meant everything to me so I give two thumbs up to that manager and I will continue to be a loyal customer there just because of him.“

“I was the only person dining in so I can't rate the atmosphere, although I do have a marvellous time inside my head so could rate it a 10. “So this has been a regular Wendy’s for me . They rebuilt and it went down hill fast! I met a really kind kid JERRY he was the most kind person assisting me in anyway and as I sat and watched him in the lobby this kid has potential and I have never seen the lobby so clean since it has been built! This guy definitely a keeper!! GREAT JOB JERRY new guy and the store already looks amazing compared to the crew that has been running it

“When I eat at Wendy's Restaurant, I like to go inside where I found it clean and little quite to enjoy my meal. The food was hot and fresh I order a combo 4 with extra pickles and it was delious.

“Now when it comes to the food 10/5. But it is just sad is the customer service through the drive through. IDK if these girls get bullied or what but attitudes always. They're pretty but act like they are forced to be there. No I don't expect a huge smile but I'm there contributing to your pay check, my service keeps your job. I love my spicy chicken sandwich. The food is always how I ask at times, I just have to be very specific or they will just blow you off if you ask or tell them how or like extra of something. I know there is a new store so now I try to avoid this one. What's crazy my real first job was working at Wendy's in Goodyear. Many years ago but not EVER gave attitude, hell I'd have people try to get me to leave and work elsewhere. 5 years with Wendy's till something better came along.“
