“Yesterday I had ordered a drink and a Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin via Drive-Thru. I was given an Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin instead. I didn’t notice until I was on the road of the mistake, I took a photo and kept my receipt along with the printed out item receipt. I wasn’t able to turn around and get the mistake resolved, but I stopped by the next day and showed my photos and receipt to a cashier. The manager fixed the issue, and it wasn’t a big deal by any means. Give this place a chance, the staff is more than willing to work with you to resolve an issue in the event that one arises. The mistake was not intentional. Thanks to the staff and manager involved (I didn’t get their names). Should this have to happen? I don’t know, I’ve never worked in the food industry so I don’t feel like I have any sort of say, though having the mistake fixed was easy. Cut these folks some slack and talk to them like they’re people. At the end of the day, they’re just people like you and I.“
“I love this location for the friendly staff. I went in to the store one day and asked if it was possible they make my hash browns and bacon in a clean pan to avoid cross contamination from the delicious gluten they serve. Not only did they acquiesce, they were super nice about it! One of the employees even confessed they also live with a severe allergy and it made me feel like less of a cumbersome customer. I am always willing to wait for people & companies who go the extra mile to ensure I can safely eat their products. To top off the amazing customer service, the hash browns and snacking bacon don't get me sick when I go in and wait for my special (gluten free) order. I pass up a few other Dunkin locations just to come to this one because the staff are so sweet and careful with my food and drinks. ALWAYS ask your location about their prep practices and please be patient with the staff when requesting special orders that take time. They still have to service their drive through as well as delivery orders. I make sure I have the extra time before going in. You shouldn't rush safety. I'm very pleased with Dunkin's delicious offerings but the staff make it the reason I keep coming back.“
“This location has never failed to disappoint. Either it's picking up a frozen donuts in the morning for the shop across the parking lot or (now) coffees for the trip to work in Mesa. Everyone here has tried to make every order in the fastest amount of time possible and really put dedication in. Even something as small as running out of large cups has them trying to compromise and make it right rather than trying to slip something under the customer's nose. I come here all the time, and I will continue to do so.“

The first time I ate here was after spending 3 weeks lost in the desert. The search and rescue team stopped in here prior to taking me to the hospital.
