“Great subs! Hubs likes the hot subs, but I always go for the tuna. Sooo good when done Mike's Way + banana peppers! Only critic I have, is that the music was too loud (especially when the elderly woman in front of me was trying to order). Maybe turn it down a notch or two, so we don't have to yell our orders at you. 🤷♀️“
“I usually come to the subway a lot because it is what’s closest to me. However, every time I go, I do hope that the manager Rachel isn’t the one making my food. I came to the store about two days ago and there was a young lady by herself around 2 PM. It’s usually when I get my lunch. She was by herself handling online orders, and guests. She was very positive and smiling through throughout every interaction. Rachel arrived a little after with her two kids. I’ve ate there while her kids have been there and it’s always a very big Destruction. Rachel took my order and she’s always yelling very rude and you can tell she does not enjoy her job. I’ve read the reviews about this place and there’s already two about Rachel being rude. Since I am a regular customer, I do see how she is with other customers as well. I truly believe corporate, or whoever is higher than her should open their eyes and realize that they need a person who enjoys their job and isn’t always yelling when she cannot hear the customer and being rude and making faces. I now only try to come when the young ladies are working.“

“Wild hair ordering through the app , the buy one , get one subs # ( FLBOGO ) I accidentally ordered it at the wrong location. Not once, but twice and the manager helped me refund it. AndAnd then order it at her location, then order it at her location. Really awesome ?“
