“The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I arrived 15 minutes before our pizza was ready and had to wait with my boys (ages 5 and 9) who were already feeling cranky. I was not anticipating waiting to be a pleasant experience. Fortunately, an employee was folding pizza boxes at the counter and my kids were fascinated. They asked to watch and she agreed, explaining the process along the way. When my boys asked if they could try, she said they could and coached them through the process. My kids ended up helping to fold boxes until our pizza was ready. Other employees popped in to help and monitor when the original employee had to answer the phone or help a customer. What would have been a miserable 15 minutes turned into a wonderful experience. My kids left the restaurant declaring that their first jobs would be at Barro’s. The bonus to all this is that the pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go there again!“

“First of all the food is AMAZING! my husband asked for my potato without butter just plain with meat and the lady with long brown hair working tonight gave him an attitude and told him potatos come with butter. Then he asked what bbq sauce was gluten free and with her attitude said any other special requests? The reason we got dinner here tonight was because of the allergy menu and everyone raving on the gluten free app then. The young guy with the goatee was super nice and went in the back and got a gf pudding. Might come back if ms attitude doesn't work there anymore because that's very dangerous to us with allergies.“

Lemon, Red Velvet, Double Chocolate, Vanilla, Confetti and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip.
All so delicious.
The only suggestion we would make is the Gluten Free Chocolate Chip ones should have been in their own box (we ordered a dozen), instead of being mixed in with all the other flavors.“

“Love this place! A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality of their juices, smoothies, and their Acai bowls are huge! Treat myself at least twice a month. You can download the app and order online for pick up to save time and money.“

“Amazing ice cream, amazing staff, fruit could be kept up better to avoid being like a little soggy but other than that it's extremely cleanly and never disappoints.

Kid-friendliness: Staff love seeing the kids- when they had color changing spoons the kids would get sooo excited and the staff were just so kind.“

“Outstanding delivery service! My company ordered 16 pizzas and 10 wings for our picnic, and the team made setup so easy, even offering plates and napkins (which I would’ve forgotten!). Special thanks to Kenzie for quickly adding two more pizzas last minute! Our delivery driver was on time and super helpful in getting everything to our table at the park. I’ll definitely be calling on the Ellsworth & Rittenhouse Barros team again! Thank you!
