Two visits in 4 days to order a large tea unsweetened with lemon. Both times I was told * I'm so sorry, we are out of lemon* For the love of God, can someone buy some lemon!
Drive through is 9/10 always quick and easy even during the peak hours of lunch and dinner time, now my go to drive through spot
Its a order yourself location with nothing out from straws to katchup, you had to wait for someone. Very slow service and impersonal staff and feel.

The McDonald's restaurant in the SanTan Valley area offers a familiar experience with some notable features. It is known for its cleanliness, quick service, and friendly staff. The drive-thru often matches the quality of the dine-in service, and the staff generally handle busy times well, making it a reliable spot for breakfast most mornings. Customers appreciate that they have never forgotten anything in their meals here, which adds to its reputation.
However, the restaurant does have some drawbacks. There are no vegetarian options, and some customers find the food not very healthy or good for dietary restrictions. The service can sometimes seem rushed or distracted, with occasional lapses such as forgetting apple slices or seeming panicked during busy hours.
Despite these issues, many people still visit regularly, especially for the fun and convenience it provides, like the Happy Meals and boo buckets. With its newly reopened 24-hour service, it continues to cater to late-night cravings in the area. The restaurant has received mixed reviews, with some customers enjoying the classic McDonald's experience, while others finding the food quality and atmosphere lacking compared to previous years.
