“Solid above average food. Brussel sprouts were really on point for an appetizer as well as the macaroni and cheese. Thete is a nice cheesy grits on the side dish menu that I liked as well. For dessert we tried the tiramisu which was really large and quite sweet for a tiramisu. Tiramisu is one of my all-time favorites. I've never had one even close to this sweet. So this was a disconnect for me.

Overall, These guys use quality ingredients and put out a good plate of food. It's not a place I'm going to be craving non-stop, but will definitely be back.“

“Absolutely delicious and good service too! The tater tots are something else, very nice touch with the pickled jalapeños. The fish and chips are so good, the fish is perfectly flaky and moist. The fries are nice and thick! I wasn’t crazy about the wings, but that could be my taste buds. They haven’t been the same since I got COVID in 2021. Anyways, 5 stars.“

“Rossa Kitchen and Patio is an Italian style restaurant at McDowell Mountain Golf Club. Currently, the course is being reseeded, so it's closed until October 10th... but Rossa is still open! Hours are a bit shortened, kitchen opens later during the reseed. It's the perfect time to visit!

I'm sitting on the patio enjoying a pizza and cocktails. I have the course and city views to myself along with the birds chirping, wind rustling the trees. I ordered the Not Your Grandma's pizza and it was a great combo of sweet and savory: spiced orange marmalade, crispy shallot, smoked bacon, burrata, and roasted pistachio. I'm a whiskey girl who has always loved a Lynchburg lemonade, so I really enjoy their version and bonus points for the name. The Dutton is a light mix of bourbon, lemonade, passion fruit, and cub soda. Not too sweet, but refreshing on a still 100° Arizona "fall" day.“

“We had another delightful dining experience at Cooper's Hawk last Friday night, April 25th. Our hostess, Rachel, greeted us with a warm smile and was exceptionally polite. Jewels, our new server, provided excellent service, checking in regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory. When we expressed a concern about our dessert, Jewels promptly brought it to the attention of the manager, Jonathan. He went out of his way to address our concerns, even though we reassured him it wasn't necessary. Additionally, Chef Danny stopped by our table to see how we were doing, which added a personal touch to our visit. “We ate here on April 26th. I had the tortilla soup along with the rainbow trout with capers and string beans . The soup need a touch of chili flakes to give it some kick. The consistency was good but overall it was bland. The fish was cooked perfect. Grilled - topped with capers- it was crispy and moist. String beans were also excellent - firm and tasty. We also had the tomahawk steak. Cooked medium rare it's was very tender. May have oreferrred they hold the topping but it was an excellent price of meat. We also had the Mexican strret corn as a side which was very good. The restaurant was clean but the bathroom could have used a once over during the evening. Overall a 4 plus .“

“This was our first time here and we were very pleased. We have been to keelers before but not here same owners. Savanah took great care of us and was patient while we looked at the menus . She was very polite and kind, very knowledgeable about the menu.

We started with the Brisket fries on happy hour very good and very filling. I had to get the smoked prime rib A++. She got the chicken wrap and had some cocktails.

“This is a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. I only gave it 4 stars because its very limited food menu and the coffee was good not great. I ordered a filter coffee with an extra Expresso shot (very good) and my wife got an Americano and gave it an OK, she'd come back but would order what I had. The person at the counter was friendly and efficient. We will come back.“
