Please go back to where I can seat myself and order at the counter. I hate the changes you made.
I’m writing this review after visiting yesterday and having a terrible time. Yesterday was the first time we had to “wait to be seated” then had to wait five minutes to order because the staff was arguing among them selves. Please go back to the regular way of ordering at the counter. The Nordstrom cafe is one of my fav spots in scottsdale to eat lunch. I saw how angry the staff were being stressed by this change. Sal is amazing! He is always our server and we request him every time. We love it here and the food great too.
