“Experience was faaaaab! Granted they were out of two of the signature drinks, but there are so many options that isn't a huge deal. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, the server was attentive and made sure our bday celebration was top notch!“

“Best Ramen, so delicious! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall awesome. Kyle helped my kids open their Japanese sodas and gave them a tutorial on how to use their chopsticks. When my 10-year-old still couldn’t manage the sticks, he brought her a plastic tool to help her practice. The Cut rolls came out fast and were delicious. We had a great experience as a family and will definitely be back!“

“An incredible tradionally styled ramen shop! An incredibly friendly atmosphere was present the second I walked through the door. I had the house special tonkotsu ramen with all toppings, and when asked I decided to get medium spiciness (which was definitely within the Japanese standard of spice, which might be lower than you're used to if you have a lot of Mexican food like I do). The noodles were a perfect texture and taste, the broth was the perfect mix of savory with the richness tonkotsu is known for. The toppings like pickled ginger and black fungus added a delightful acidity.

I also had a side of a pork katsu bowl, which was absolutely delightful and was an excellent mild compliment to the diverse flavors of the house ramen.

This is my new local ramen shop and I couldn't be happier with the quality of food and service.“

“This has quickly become a favorite lunch spot for my co-workers and I. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, the portions are generous, and I have absolutly loved every bowl of Ramen I have tried off their menu so far. The godzilla roll is also super tasty! “Overall good dining experience! A bit of a hole in the wall, they do a lot of carry out but were also completely full for Monday at lunch. The dumplings were amazing and a great price. The Naruto ramen noodles were amazing, the broth was good as well, I was not a fan of the pork belly pieces. Overall ramen was 7.5/10. They also have a desert case, the chocolate cake was pretty good! They have an extensive menu so you’ll find what you want!“

“The food, service, and facility were excellent! I particularly appreciated that they have partitions to give you a little more privacy. I had the yellow tail sashimi and also a yellowtail avocado roll. My wife and I also shared a ramen and a Vegas roll. EVERYTHING was amazing!!!“

“This was our first time dining at Bisutoro. We love Obon, so we knew it would be good, but it exceeded all of our expectations. The quality of the fish is exceptional. “Their black garlic ramen is so freaking awesome. Their appetizers are all super flavorful as well. The drinks are always strong and well mixed. Some people have said that the service is slow, but typically there's very few workers and they make everything to order. It's probably not the place to go in a hurry. But if you want really delicious freshly prepared food, it's worth the wait.“

“Literally the best ramen place in Phoenix, my boyfriend and I come here at least once a month. Can't believe this only has a 4 star rating, because the ramen is sooo good and makes this place a 5/5. We love getting the combo and the gyoza is so delicious. Our favorite is the tonkotsu ramen, definitely recommend getting it with pork, which is so tender. I would say I wish they did have a smaller size for the ramen, since it is a large and generous portion.“

“I found the ramen delicious and loved that there were so many add on options as well a chicken broth options. I think the chaotic area it is in (a busy downtown college are) may have lowered its rankings but it really was great when I had it on a Monday - chill vibe - again unique that it had chicken broth options and tons of appetizers. Easy self serve water and iPad order as you eat option, then can call the waiter - very modern. Outdoor and indoor seating.“
