“food was delicious the location is very well decorated and everything looks so upscale decorated. the best part was our service we received from Linda hands down the best server we have encountered in quite a while. she was so nice very pleasant and great service all around. you have a customer for life and will recomend her and the Restaurant with all my friends and family“

“What I got:
Spicy miso ramen with butter
Tonkatsu ramen with black garlic oil
Takoyaki
Beef bulgogi
Veggie egg rolls
Fried squid legs
Pan fried gyoza
Saki bomb
Let’s start off with the appetizers. We got a free thing of veggie eggrolls due to them miss hearing one of our friends and thought we ordered it. It was nothing special though it tasted like the typical frozen mushy type wasn’t very good. Disappointed on the takoyaki I had just one small piece of octopus inside of it and it was just all batter. Probably some of the worst type I’ve had. The fried squid legs. Were good can’t really mess that up unless you mess the batter up pretty badly lol the Gyoza was very fresh tasting and had the perfect amount of crunch for pan fried now the tonkatsu ramen not the best in az but it was good not oily broth more thicker nooodles more on the thinner side and the pork was tender and egg made to the perfect softness for that gooey inside the beef bulgogi plate combo was good you can’t really mess up Bulgogi so it tasted like any other Bulgogi. I had definitely didn’t expect it to be so small though especially with how much you’re paying I pay for less for way more at other places and they give me a good amount of onions on the bottom this place I barely got any onions underneath, and it was just all burnt on the bottom. So half of my onions were just stuck to the bottom and I couldn’t get them off. The side dishes, though these are some of my favorite side dishes I’ve had at a Korean spot in Arizona. Super sucks because I would only wanna come back for the kimchi side dishes, but didn’t really enjoy the food to an extreme amount to justify driving 30 minutes back and price , some items are a bit pricey, but most of the items are priced at the same as other places I’ve been but you get way less I really did like their kimchi, though it really was some of the best but man so far and nothing I’d want from that menu entree wise so I think it’s worth checking out but I can’t justify coming back“

“Obsessed with Hailey, she’s a gem!!

Stopped in for a Tuesday nightcap and was greeted so warmly. Sat at the bar just looking for a drink and was blessed by her presence and genuine personality. I typically read while I have my evening sip but found myself enjoying the music and her company. She took the time to have an authentic conversation, which I find rare living in New York.

Working in luxury retail has taught me the importance of hospitality over service. Hailey delivered authentic hospitality. She listened to me complain about the lack of water in my hotel and sent me home with a cup of water.

Truly enjoyed my time and above all, enjoyed getting to chat with someone who made me feel so welcomed. Looking forward to visiting on my next trip.“

“Delicious Japanese food with a HUGE variety of options you won't find on every menu. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the restaurant itself because I ordered through DoorDash. What I can comment on is that the food was fresh, affordable, and delicious. I ordered the Zaru Soba Noodle meal, which came with hot, crispy Tempura on the side. The Soba Noodles really hit the spot after a day of roasting in the sun. As for the sushi, the Maguro Nigiri was excellent & super fresh. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, as the options are authentic and affordable compared to other places.“

“Best Ramen, so delicious! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall awesome. Kyle helped my kids open their Japanese sodas and gave them a tutorial on how to use their chopsticks. When my 10-year-old still couldn’t manage the sticks, he brought her a plastic tool to help her practice. The Cut rolls came out fast and were delicious. We had a great experience as a family and will definitely be back!“

I think I've tried everything on the menu at this point, and I can confidently say you literally can't go wrong here. “Came for lunch and me and my husband both had Ramen. I had the Curry Ramen and mu husband had the Azusa Black. Both were very delicious! We aren't local, but came up from Tucson and had time to kill while our daughter attended a dance camp. We will be back next time we are in town!“

“Was a fan of this restaurant for a long time, nice mood and food. But today there are some new faces maybe they just hired or something, bad service. It’s always nice to have a quick lunch here with their lunch special is even better, but today they make us wait till 2:30 and let us in the seat, when it’s still 2:29 they tell up it’s ended already. They make me feel they are trolling the old time customers. It suddenly makes me feel disgusting and I can’t activate my appetite to any of their food.

“Girlfriend and I stopped by tonight, super cute little spot! We loved their late night reverse happy hour. Our server was friendly and great, the food was delicious! Only slight feedback we have is that it was VERY bright in there which killed the ambiance a bit. They have cool dim lights and purple lights in there, I hope they can dim the bright lights and really make it a cool vibe! We will be back.“

“Got Uber eats from Silverlake Ramen today. It came quickly and neatly packaged, which I loved, however, portion of soup 🍜 was much smaller than it is on location, liquid barely filled the bowl it was brought in , Leaving clients with the impression that unless we go in person to Silverlake Ramen, (Which is a cool location in general ) should probably just skip it :( -“

“I’m a Japanese person living in Arizona, and I really appreciate having a place like this nearby where I can get relatively affordable, authentic Japanese food.

I usually order the katsudon, which is consistently satisfying. The ramen is a bit overcooked for my taste compared to what you would expect in Japan, so I always request the noodles to be cooked firm when ordering.

The atmosphere is also very nice and photogenic, which makes it a good spot for dates as well.“
