Visiting from Seattle and I’m so sad that we will have to leave this restaurant in AZ. Beautiful atmosphere. Super friendly staff. The food came out quick and was incredible! I can’t believe we had to leave Seattle to get the best sushi roll we’ve ever had. How is that even possible? We tried dishes we had never heard of and everything was incredible.“

“I have to say this is one of my favorite sushi spots in Scottsdale! It’s a cute tiny little sushi restaurant in a strip mall but damn is everything super fresh and authentic! When you walk in you feel like you’ve been transformed into a little sushi shop in Tokyo and the entire staff speaks Japanese! The sashimi and the nigiri’s are sooo fresh and the piece of fish are huge and little rice!!! It is on the pricier side of things but I guess you have to pay for good quality! I’m a huge fan of Uni (sea urchin) and it’s really hard to find high quality ones especially in Arizona. But OMG their uni at this restaurant I don’t know where the chef sources it from. I can tell it’s def from Japan maybe Hokkaido! Wow the sweetest and freshest Uni I’ve had in a long time and that’s even compared to having it from the source when I go to Japan! And they give you sooo much uni in each nigiri it’s just a mouth full of happiness!!! It is $25 for two pieces but sooo worth it! Also highly recommend unagi, the piece of unagi is sooo big you need to take two bites and it melts in your mouth!!!

“Best Ramen, so delicious! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall awesome. Kyle helped my kids open their Japanese sodas and gave them a tutorial on how to use their chopsticks. When my 10-year-old still couldn’t manage the sticks, he brought her a plastic tool to help her practice. The Cut rolls came out fast and were delicious. We had a great experience as a family and will definitely be back!“

“We had a nice experience at this small Asian restaurant. Service was good, as is the hole in the wall atmosphere. It feels like a hidden gem. The food though is mild and to me dumbed down, to college level tastes. If I lived around the corner I would go often and doctor the ramen at home. It is not a place to seek out if you have eaten much ramen.“

“Great food, outstanding service. The food arrives quickly and is delicious. There is plenty of parking being the restaurant is part of a shopping center. The only downside is that it is small. There is 7 four person seats and 2 two persons seats. I recommend it if you're looking for sushi or Pho.“

“Absolutely fantastic place to dine. The service was amazing despite it being extremely busy (come early to avoid lines). The prices are very fair and the portions are generous. The sushi itself isn’t anything spectacular but is close to Japan’s sushi when it comes to the rice’s texture and flavor. The meat is well seasoned and the sauces add an extra kick if needed. Miso soup is actually incredible with a strong miso taste but not overly salty. The cake was a really tasty cake that’s heavily influenced by Asian baking elements as it’s not super sweet and has a light cream. Would recommend trying this place out, their bentos are amazing but do come early as it fills up quick.“

Outstanding Experience at Bistrot in the Biltmore
I recently hosted a retirement party for my colleagues at Bistrot in the Biltmore, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. This was my second time hosting an event here, and it exceeded expectations all over again.
Michael, the manager, was exceptional. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond—he even gave me his personal cell number and patiently answered what felt like a million questions. He never rushed me and made me feel truly welcomed and supported throughout the entire planning process.
The private dining room is beautiful—very upscale, open, and perfect for a special gathering. Our host Elda was amazing, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, served on time, and the pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and service.
Every single person in our group loved the experience. If you’re looking for a place to host a private party or special event, I cannot recommend Bistrot highly enough. Professional, warm, delicious food, and a flawless experience from start to finish.
I will absolutely be back again.“

“Food was 10 out of 10. Everything was plated beautifully. My crispy rice was crispy. The wasabi had a kick. It was not watered down. The baby octopus fried perfectly and a little sauce that comes with it. Not overly spicy, not overly sweet. I would highly recommend this place. And I will be back. My only gripe was that the music was a little bit loud and that's why they got a four out of five on the atmosphere. Oh and they're happy hour. They have a happy hour!!“

“My husband, sister in law, and I ate here for the first time today. H Mart was so busy. We picked this place because there wasn't a long line. We really liked our food but man they are expensive. It was about $55 for the 3 of us to eat and no drinks. We would probably go somewhere else the next time we dine out based on their prices alone. The $55 goes further at other restaurants. The staff was very friendly though.“

“My husband and I have been coming back to this ramen place multiple times, the truffle ramen is our favorite, we have been wanting to try their other food but whenever we go we cannot not order the truffle ramen lol! The pork bun, california roll and karaage chicken is also really good! They also just changed their system into ordering through a kiosk and we can noticeably tell the service has been faster including serving the food!“
