“Best Ramen, so delicious! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall awesome. Kyle helped my kids open their Japanese sodas and gave them a tutorial on how to use their chopsticks. When my 10-year-old still couldn’t manage the sticks, he brought her a plastic tool to help her practice. The Cut rolls came out fast and were delicious. We had a great experience as a family and will definitely be back!“

“An incredible tradionally styled ramen shop! An incredibly friendly atmosphere was present the second I walked through the door. I had the house special tonkotsu ramen with all toppings, and when asked I decided to get medium spiciness (which was definitely within the Japanese standard of spice, which might be lower than you're used to if you have a lot of Mexican food like I do). The noodles were a perfect texture and taste, the broth was the perfect mix of savory with the richness tonkotsu is known for. The toppings like pickled ginger and black fungus added a delightful acidity.

I also had a side of a pork katsu bowl, which was absolutely delightful and was an excellent mild compliment to the diverse flavors of the house ramen.

“Made our reservation through Google and instantly got seated with barely any wait when we got to the restaurant. It was a pretty packed weekend with regulars and customers picking up online orders. We were greeted by the staff and he was very attentive eventhough there were a lot of people. They only had one server serving almost 7 tables so there was quite a wait but the guy was attentive and he was quick so we didn’t really mind. The food was good. Everything we ordered, including the spicy edamame, were all good. Tuna quality for the Nigiri was so-so but is okay for Arizona (cause we don’t have sea or ocean nearby to get good quality fish) The ramen broth was good, not too bland or too salty. I wished I asked for the egg noodles for the tonkatsu ramen since I prefer it but the white one was okay too. The CHASU was perfect. The taste and texture and how it was done is how authentic Japanese Ramen places would do theirs so I was very satisfied. The Pork Katsu was so good we wanted to come back and bring more of our friends from ASU. The place had cute decors and was clean and organized. We will definitely come back!“

“Overall good dining experience! A bit of a hole in the wall, they do a lot of carry out but were also completely full for Monday at lunch. The dumplings were amazing and a great price. The Naruto ramen noodles were amazing, the broth was good as well, I was not a fan of the pork belly pieces. Overall ramen was 7.5/10. They also have a desert case, the chocolate cake was pretty good! They have an extensive menu so you’ll find what you want!“

Outstanding Experience at Bistrot in the Biltmore
I recently hosted a retirement party for my colleagues at Bistrot in the Biltmore, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. This was my second time hosting an event here, and it exceeded expectations all over again.
Michael, the manager, was exceptional. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond—he even gave me his personal cell number and patiently answered what felt like a million questions. He never rushed me and made me feel truly welcomed and supported throughout the entire planning process.
The private dining room is beautiful—very upscale, open, and perfect for a special gathering. Our host Elda was amazing, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, served on time, and the pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and service.
Every single person in our group loved the experience. If you’re looking for a place to host a private party or special event, I cannot recommend Bistrot highly enough. Professional, warm, delicious food, and a flawless experience from start to finish.
I will absolutely be back again.“

“Their black garlic ramen is so freaking awesome. Their appetizers are all super flavorful as well. The drinks are always strong and well mixed. Some people have said that the service is slow, but typically there's very few workers and they make everything to order. It's probably not the place to go in a hurry. But if you want really delicious freshly prepared food, it's worth the wait.“

“My husband, sister in law, and I ate here for the first time today. H Mart was so busy. We picked this place because there wasn't a long line. We really liked our food but man they are expensive. It was about $55 for the 3 of us to eat and no drinks. We would probably go somewhere else the next time we dine out based on their prices alone. The $55 goes further at other restaurants. The staff was very friendly though.“

“Literally the best ramen place in Phoenix, my boyfriend and I come here at least once a month. Can't believe this only has a 4 star rating, because the ramen is sooo good and makes this place a 5/5. We love getting the combo and the gyoza is so delicious. Our favorite is the tonkotsu ramen, definitely recommend getting it with pork, which is so tender. I would say I wish they did have a smaller size for the ramen, since it is a large and generous portion.“

“This is our first time to Hawaii. We were looking for an We were looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant and found this place through a search. We arrived on time and it truly felt authentic right away. The restaurant is owned and run by Japanese, and even the décor has a very traditional Japanese vibe. Once seated, we checked out the menu and there were so many great options to choose from. We ordered a variety of sashimi, sushi, and rolls. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the toro and uni were especially amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner experience. Highly recommend 👍“
