“While on vacation in Sedona, AZ (July 30,2025) we dined
at the Shorebird Restaurant.

The total experience at this restaurant was outstanding starting
with asking for and receiving a table with some privacy as we were meeting a couple of friends we had not seen in many years.

Our waiter's name was Eric, who was poised, professional, knowledgeable and most of all very pleasant and accommodating. We started with a variety of appetizers, raw oysters and crab cakes, both were out of this world delicious. Then suggested by Eric was the Lemon Caesar Salad for all. Then again, on Eric's recommendation we had Filet Mignon, Scallops & Mussels, Chilean Sea Bass and Pork Chop.(There were 4 of us) Again on Eric's recommendation a white wine that was perfect.(i am calling the Restaurant to get the name of the wine is was very good) We ended with desserts to die for, chocolate brownie with ice cream and a Caramel Salted Ice Cream.

The evening with our friends at this Restaurant was as close to Perfect as possible. (The manager also stopped by our table for some friendly banter and some tales of his experiences from our home state of Alabama.)

I would personally recommend this restaurant in Sedona, Az.
We experienced many Great Restaurants in Sedona but this one
was the BEST!

“Food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. Perfect for date night, and don't leave without trying the dessert. My steak was perfect, the sweet and spicy pork belly appetizer was delicious, even the salad was memorable. The raspberry lemon cheese cake dessert was to die for. ALL of the staff were amazing, especially Juan, our server. .....and if it matters to you, as it does to me, I give them100% on being LGBT friendly. A perfect night out.“

“Left an amazing church service today looking for fantastic food to treat myself for a Mother's Day Lunch. I stopped at one restaurant thinking I was going to have a great steak but it was very subpar. I took two bites (nothing beats a great steak in Texas) I didn't finish it. I drove further and happened upon Rascal. I have heard mixed reviews on the service but most have said the food was good. I ordered the fish tacos and a prickly pear margarita. Yummmmmmm. I enjoyed the tacos a great deal and the margarita was par for the course. I am admittedly a little selective when it comes to food because tend to compare everything on what I can find back home. I would definitely tell my friends visiting Sedona to drop in. I was seated pretty quickly. It wasn't overly crowded which is what I expected on Mother's Day. Now for the service, the wait staff seems nice. It wasn't that over-the-top friendly service I enjoy (I truly love it when staff makes me feel like they are happy I came in. I call it Chik Fil A service) Although I don't have that "please come back to see us feeling," I will say the food is good!!!! And when friends come to visit me here, I'll likely be back anyway.😊“

“Our group of 4 had a reservation and ended up getting there early. We were told it a was no problem since it wasn't busy. We were seated right away. We were told someone would come by to get our drink orders. 25 mins later, and no one came by our table. Other tables around us were being taken care of while we were left forgotten. We tried getting the attention of two servers but we were ignored. Sadly, very terrible service. We were so disappointed since we heard many praises about this establishment. We did end up walking out. We vacation to Sedona every year and this is the first restaurant I have left a bad review for and I didn't even get to try the food...“

“Unexpected Gem for Burger Lovers—Especially gluten free!
Jocelyn, our barista at Don Ho Cabins suggested the Table restaurant. We stopped in not expecting much, but wow. First off Heather our waitress was polite and attentive, excellent service, Secondly, these burgers seriously delivered. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. But the real shocker? The gluten-free (GF) buns. Usually, those are an afterthought, but these were soft, tasty, and held up like champs. Honestly, one of the best GF burger experiences we’ve had. Great food, casual vibe, and bonus points for not making gluten-free feel like a compromise. Highly recommend!“

“Soren took fantastic care of us! I had questions about what is prickly pear tuile? And could I have just the grilled peaches but not the whole salad? Soren answered everything graciously, the entire staff was friendly, our food was yummy, and the only thing I didn’t like was the mocktail I got because it was sour and I’m not a fan of that.“

“The food was good but definitely not worth the price. The server was personable but again no one checked on after food was dropped. The Peach Toast was heavy on the caramel and light on the peaches and peach flavor. The Bloody Mary was okay but tasted like tomato juice with no alcohol or other flavors than tomato. The simply complete was good but over priced. A meal and a drink ran us $40 for okay food.

They have a service charge for credit cards.“

“What a great spot. We stopped in for lunch. We both had Margaritas and Noe was a fantastic server. I had a few margaritas as my wife ordered the chips, cheese and guacamole. For lunch I had the turkey bacon sandwich and my wife had a salad with grilled chicken. The ambiance is positive and the place is very clean.

“Have eaten at the Mesa Grill since constructed. In the past, I always found quality in both service and food. My last visit was very disappointing, mostly due to pricing. Ice tea was priced at $5 add salmon to salad at $14. Common on!! I will continue to visit on limited basis, drinking only water and ordering items to share..“

“Great atmosphere, greet food“

“Cress is one of our favorite restaurants in Sedona. We go here periodically for special occasions. The setting (as usual), as well as the food - Burrata & Bread, Scallops, Halibut, Smoked Pommes Puree - were absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately, the service, which started out quite well, faded by our second course. Despite interacting with no less than 10 to 12 different people throughout the evening, we were essentially ignored as the deck got busier. We had to request silverware, ask to order a bottle of wine from three separate servers before finally receiving it well after our entrees arrived, and never did get an ice bucket despite the promise of one. Plenty of service people pretending it was a fine dining experience, but lacking adequate training, management, coordination, awareness, etc to really provide one. Needless to say, we will carefully consider our other options before spending upwards of $400 in the future.“
