“charming atmosphere with decor. The bartender there seemed stressed, was incredibly rude and impatient. We had never been there and wasn't sure what the bartender could do yet, when asked she said she can make anything. However she did not have the ingredients needed for a drink. she did not want to stick around one minute for my guest to look at the liquor on the shelf. We were rushed by the bartender "I have other tables to serve so it needs to be quick". We heard such good things about the food so decided to stay despite the bartenders poor, table side manners. Todays special was Mexican food. Chips and salsa were served. The chips were okay. Seemed grocery store and cheap round, basic. Salsa was well seasoned; watery. Chile relleno was mediocre was stuffed with panela cheese. This cheese is low in acid which prevents melting. Authentic relleno is expected to be melty and have that "cheese pull". Relleno was served with rice and beans. Rice was the best thing on the plate. When asked how it was I mentioned it was interesting letting her know I've never had Panela cheese in relleno. The server had no idea what I meant, she should really know her menu! She tried correcting me saying the chef is from Mexico. Doesn't matter! We didn't need to know where the cook was from. Myself and my guest were kind of what shocked at her response. We're also Latin..... Either way, The bartender ignored us until I called her for the check and took forever to pick up the bill. I had to hold it in the air for her to acknowledge. I would have tipped her but her poor attitude from the moment we sat got in the way. Will not return, Filibertos has better service and choke relleno, sadly.“

“First time at this location. Amazed by the hospitality. Man at the front who took our order was very very nice and kind. Ordered chicken shawarma with fried pickles. Very big portions and very very delicious. Fried pickles were just right. Not a super salty taste like other fried pickles at other establishments. Will for certain be re-visiting again!“

“I found this place online while initially searching for a Bistro. I was greeted by the owners and had a good personal experience. One of the owners used to live in my hometown, Detroit, and that personalized my experience even more. The food was better than good. I visited this place a second time and received the same great service to accompany the good food.

“Crown restaurant has flavorful veggie food that is calming after a long day. I was fortunate enough to find them when I was on a work routine. Destiny knows I like flavor and led me here, I'm glad I stopped by. The veggie platter I get has stuffed grape leaves that are not too lemony, but just right, the babaganoush is like my home made, but just better, maybe I use too much yogurt or don't stain enough, ,, the falafel is very good, crunchy outside and only on a thin layer, while the inside is soft and thoroughly cooked and not dry. Zara is an amazing and very cute hostess, you can't miss her because she has a pretty face and excellent personality.“

They have this pink sauce that it came with that is so amazing. We also ordered gyro and chicken shawarma plate, which were both so so good! We will definitely be going back. The price felt fair and in line with similar Mediterranean spots. The handmade ayran was a standout, fresh and delicious, not the bottled kind. They also serve a complimentary bread with olive oil, which was simple but nice. What I appreciated most was the service style - calm, respectful, and non-intrusive. As an introvert, I really liked that they didn’t hover or ask repeatedly, yet they were always observant and nearby if needed. We ended with baklava to go, and it was excellent. “Fast, hot, and so good! Went there for the 2nd time yesterday and it did not disappoint. I absolutely love the gyro salad, when asked if i want the dressing mixed in or on the side...get it mixed in, it is perfect, and still comes whit the white dressing on the side! My husband got the phili cheesesteak the first time and tried the gyro combo (#1) this time. he said he thinks he is going for the gyro from now on as much as he loves phili cheese steaks the gyro really filled him up and was beyond good. we also got hummus appitizer to take home to our daughter and she loved it.“
