“Don't plan on it. Being fast food never have. I ever been to this Jack in the box and been able to drive to the Window Order and Pick Up my Order at the Window and Leave. You always have to go park and wait.I'm not sure why this is. However, I could say the food is good. I don't have complaints about the food. They're not very personable when they take your order. Most of them are on the almost rude side of things. They don't know how to say hi, welcome to Jack in the box. Nothing like that they don't know how to say. Thank you or you're welcome. But the food is good. That's what I came for was the food.Update today was great there is nothing better than friendly courteous people to greet you and take your order and that is what I received today it certainly makes me appreciate it more and want to come back again!!Still have to pull over and wait for the food ,but that didn't really matter so much because of the way I was treated overall a great experienceUpdat I just don't understand I guess ordering a burger just a single burger no combo no fries no drink nothing else no one in line no one else in the Drive-Thru and yet I still have to pull around the other side and park and wait I know at home I could have cooked this burger much faster than this time that I'm waiting at the moment I wish I didn't pay until I got my food I would just leave but unfortunately they have you pay first and now you're just kind of stuck here at their Mercy“
“Their food is delicious. Love their guac and red salsa. Tacos are really good meat is nicely seasoned and cooked. Chicken could use more seasoning and they need to add either tripas or birria tacos. You'd think for being a well known taco spot their employees would be more lively or at least have must going enough to get you going but no very blah but at least the food is good. Margaritas need more liquor.“
“The tacos are always good. I like the salsa bar. They have grilled onions and roasted jalapeños too! My favorite taco is the al pastor. I had a horchata this time, and it was sweet. The music is always fun and upbeat. I usually find plenty of seating. Parking is also spacious. It's a kid/family friendly environment.I've never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend! They have a discount on tacos on Tuesdays and you can order online. Past experiences with online ordering have been great too. My food is always on time.Kid-friendliness: Great place for the family. I usually bring my kids' tablet in case she gets bored, but we usually enjoy the music. The music is loud, though, so if you have sleeping babies, it could wake them up.“
“HOW is some of the best food made in a little gas station kitchen? wow. Decided to stop and get some dinner on my way home, got the cabeza tacos, birria tacos, and a birria quesadilla. The quesadilla was crammed full of birria. My husband said the cabeza tacos were the best he's ever had, and especially delicious when dipped in the consomme that came with the birria. Food was also served with juicy limes along with red sauce and verde sauce. I will def be back to try more items - like the ramen birria! Don't let the gas station location fool you!“
“We have eaten tacos in many states, U.S. and Mexico. The shrimp tacos are the best we have ever had! Anywhere, hands down the best! We also had the special asada taco, fried tortilla, fried cheese, asada, guacamole and pico! So good! Don't forget the special sauce! We'll be back! Our new best! ?❤️“
“It's Taco Tuesday and I just want to say that I have found the BEST tacos! These are amazing tacos and the best I have had! I found this place on Yelp awhile back and just haven't had the chance to go yet, but did today. This is a food truck called Lost Burro and they are usually at this location, 83rd and Peoria Ave. It's not in Surprise, but a close and short drive. We had the quesabirria tacos, carne asada/steak tacos, al pastor taco, smoked beef taco, and shrimp tacos. The carne asada tacos were SO flavorful! They come with an avocado crema that's awesome. My husband said the al pastor was the best he has had! They had pickled pineapple on them. I also had the shrimp tacos and I loved them SO MUCH! They look spicy with their coloring and spices, but they were pretty mild. They also had walnuts on them, which I thought gave them a nice crunch. The quesabirria tacos were delicious! We also had refried beans (I forgot to take a pic) and I liked them; they have a little spice and kick. My husband got the strawberry horchata and he said it was so tasty and refreshing! I thought it was really cute how they presented it. The smoked beef taco is so interesting and something I haven't seen before but it was delicious as well. These are the best damn tacos! They alsp have other things on the menu, like burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and other stuff. The customer service was great and they checked on us multiple times and helped us with the menu since we were new. I keep thinking about them and am already planning my return. You will not be disappointed! Lost Burro Food Truck 8340 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345“
“Great prices with excellent quality in flavor and presentation. Decided to try this location after discovering it on Instagram. The Sol taco was amazing as recommended!!! We will be returning soon. (Couldn't even take a picture because we ate the food so fast.)“
“I discovered this place thanks to a review on TikTok by Keith Lee, and it's conveniently located just 8 minutes away from me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional lady at the front desk. She had an infectious energy that made me feel welcome. For me, good customer service is just as important as the taste of the food, and they definitely nailed it in that aspect. Now, let's talk about the food. When I say I want tacos, this place delivered exactly what I had in mind! They are incredibly generous with the amount of meat in their tacos, and they look absolutely satisfying. The taste? It's simply amazing! I particularly enjoyed the carne asada and chicken tacos. I also tried beef tongue and head for the first time. While the tongue wasn't too bad, I couldn't help but feel a little squeamish about eating cow head. The tongue was juicy, tender, and had a great flavor, but the head wasn't my cup of tea. I just couldn't get past the visual of a cow head every time I took a bite! Despite that, it was still a fantastic experience that I'll definitely repeat. If you're looking for a great deal, Taco Tuesday is the way to go. They offer half off on tacos, and they are incredibly affordable. I absolutely love this place!Parking: Parking is convenient and you can park right in front of the place. It’s also has other great options around to shop as well.Kid-friendliness: Very professional kids would love it here especially if they love tacosWheelchair accessibility: It has a sidewalk where a wheelchair can easily access“
“BEST tacos around!!! We've been in town visiting for a week and have been looking everywhere for authentic food - this place trumped all other food we've had. If you're looking for flavor, this is the place! Outdoor seating was kept very clean and the kind gentleman operating the truck was very inviting and had great recommendations! A MUST if you're in the area.“
“These are the absolute best shrimp tacos on the planet. You read that right. It’s not hype or fanfare. I am a career foodie and cook. Food trucks are sorely overlooked. Shrimp are fried to utter perfection. Crispy, golden battered heaven on the outside, juicy and succulent on the inside with tangy slaw, crispy cabbage and not one but two choices of chipotle sauce.(mild and spicy) Take it from me and get them with mozzarella cheese. They toast the cheese on the tortilla so that there is a crispy brown coating on top and melted, cheesy nirvana underneath. And for only $4 a taco, the portion are quite ample. Tacos are HUGE and they do not skimp on the shrimp! The owner and his family were sitting near my table and they saw my face when I took the first bite. He told his family, “Now that’s the face you wanna see!”. Places like these remind why I love food so much.“
“I got 2 things, the chorizo taco and the chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was very good, chicken cooked well, tasted good. Was given 2 sauces, one red hot one green. Wish it came with like sour cream or something. But all in all was good. 6.8.The taco however was not very good. The taco itself was burnt so it changed the taste. But the meat itself wasn't great. It seemed to taste bland and underwhelming. 4.0The service was great and respectful, my food came out fast.“
“Just went today (9/18/23) for a Sonoran hot dog and was very glad we stopped here! We really liked the food, options are great, and they have Mexican cocas! Cant beat that! Didnt get the servers name but he was totally nice, he had a friendly personality and warm smile!“
“Great food and a very clean place, easy access with a good parking space, restrooms are impecable and there is a lot space for indoor seating as well as outside. Perfect place to bring your family. The menu is great, they have a good variation of tacos and quesadillas, the birria is great and the quesabirrias are amazing, they a also have tacos de chicharrón and cabeza. I really recommend this place.“
“very tasty foodConsommé is delicious no matter if the weather is 200 ?️? outside a consommé can never fail.Tacos are delicious with a reasonable price and sizeFor drinks there are soft drinks.Very well organizedThey accept card to payShade and coolers to cool off a littleVery tasty sauces“
“This place blew me away! I was not expecting a taco bar but that was an absolutely fantastic experience. You place your order and then head to the bar to add toppings on your tacos. They have several salsas, guacamole, onions, and much more to add to your food. Very delicious and this is yet another must try!“
“I had passed this place a couple of times and have been meaning to stop by. It will be in the rotation from here on out. Had a pastor torta and quesadilla as well as the quesabirria tacos with consume. Also aMango agua fresca. Everything was very good. The portions were generous. Can't wait to try other meats as well. Only negative was the lack of cumbia permeating the air.“
“This was a 10/10 experience. They were some of the best quesabirria tacos I've ever had. Meat was well cooked. Consume was amazing. Beans were pretty good too. Best part was all the free toppings they had including cabbage, onion, cilantro, pickled onions, radish, lime and salsas. Service was helpful and food came out extremely quick.“
“Why is it some of the best food comes out of a tiny gas station kitchen? Delicious cabeza and birria tacos. My husband said best cabeza tacos he's had - especially when dipped in the consomme (I know it's for the birria, but try it).Can I buy the consomme as a side? Will def be back to try more items. Ramen birria? yes please.“
“Nice spot to grab a quick and delicious Mexican dish. Staff is super nice & the owners are AMAZING! Quaint environment that has many traditional dishes but also offers hyped up versions too. To summarize, yummy recipes for super reasonable prices. It is a great place to take friends & family for a good little...or big meal to remind you of family get-togethers. Very nostalgic & leaves you wanting to come back for more. Me & my family love it - hope you ENJOY too!“
“Best tacos in the us for sure. The meat was incredible. Arizona has a lot of tacos but none more authentic than this. The ambiance says it all. Some of my favorite songs came on. The staff was INCREDIBLY NICE. I felt like family. Can I come back every day?“
“If you're looking for a new mexican spot, then this one is it. I ordered the Burro Tatemado, and it was delicious ?. The only thing is they didn't add enough cheese to the burro. Place was packed the two times I went (and yes, I ordered the same thing both times). I just wanted to confirm my recommendation. The place is clean and the staff is nice. A good little spot to end a Friday or Saturday. Please let me know what you think. I will be back and will make sure to take pictures for you visual lovers like me.“
“I came for Taco Tuesday 3/$7 tacos ... They did not disappoint. This is your standard taco joint. Allowed me to get 1 of each kind of meat they offered (great service), each kind tasted delicious. Salsa/condiment bar fully stocked. My only critique/challenge - and this is for any of the 10,000 taco places in Arizona - why not make a homemade different kind of salsa? If there is so much competition, a unique salsa could be a game changer.“
“The tacos were great the Cheese Quesadilla was well it was over priced but ok. One more thing if your eating there cool if your getting it to go check your food before you leave. You can see the difference in the videos I posted. (Just the tacos. (dine in) (Tacos and Cheese quesadilla. (take out)Dietary restrictions: They have a keto taco that's really good“
“Booked Taco Head for lunch our team of 150. Mind. Blown. Juan killed it - dude is a grill wizard! Arrived on time, set up fast. His carne asada, pollo, al pastor were out of this world. The fresh salsas & guac were on point. Beans & rice didn’t miss. Without a doubt, would bring them back in a heartbeat. Taco Head rocks. Solid 10/10.“
“We saw this place sever times on the drive home, and damn have we been missing out. Delicious, they have a shrimp wrapped bacon made Sonoran hot dog style, hot dogs Wednesday-Sunday and tacos Monday and Tuesday, staff is friendly and the coolers keep it cool even in the heat. When you order tacos, they lso give you a plate on the side with the toppings. Thse guys totally know what they do! The menu is authentic and the price is really great. The music was on point and not too loud. I recommend this place.“
“Best tacos and Burritos hands down! Family owned and they love to greet all their guests! They go above and beyond for everyone that comes in! We love them so much that we have them cater our company Christmas party! If you are looking for authentic Mexican, this is your place!“
“For been just him and his mom I think Its been the best tacos I have ever eat me been from Mexico DF so I know how a taco show it tastes and this has been the best I don't even have words to explain how great they are u need to twisted for u“
“Delicious! My first time here, and I ordered three different tacos: the original, vampiro, and the toasted. My favorite was the vampiro. There was a bit of a wait after ordering, but it was 6:45 at the height of dinner hour. It was worth it.“
“Tacos Tacos and more Tacos!! Simple street Tacos alot of meat ,good options at salsa bar! There Tortillas could be better a little on the chewy side ,Ordered 2 Asada 2 Pastor the Asada was good ,good flavour the Pastor seemed a bit on the Salty side ,again with a good tortilla would of enhanced the flavor, all in all a good late night Street taco ,there Horchata and Jamaika were on point !!?✨️“
“Everything was immaculate, from the food, the service and the overall setting. I cannot stress how significantly incredible this place is. I was genuinely surprised this place didn't have a high volume of costumers, as more people should choose Tacos Rojo's as one of, if not, THE spot to enjoy an excellent, worthwhile meal. Definitely coming back here again ? ?“
“The birria tacos and cheese quesadillas were the best we’ve had! I also had a banana smoothie and it was phenomenal. I really wish we had gotten a picture of our food but we couldn’t wait to eat it! We will be coming here a lot more often in the future.“
“I wanted to take a moment and give an amazing review!! Since me and my family have found this little truck we cannot get enough!! Great tacos, burritos, quesadillas and we have had the pastor, omg so delicious shrimp, asada, and suadero!!! Salsa is great also and they have a good amount of seats if you want to eat there.“
“So food is good, service is also good, atmosphere is a bit confusing, it's inside a mechanical shop property, 1 entrance and exit and limited parking. I came here on Sunday and was all good until the check came out. I ordered 2 tacos day special, 9 regular tacos, 5 natural water, and a baked potato. I paid $130.50, not including the tip. I think price was a little high for what I got. So if you going to eat here be careful what you order.Parking: There's only about 8 parking spots“
“Really unique inside. You order from a camper area for food and drinks at the bar. Inside and outside seating. We had tacos, nachos and kids loved it as well. Drinks were great, staff super friendly. Highly recommend for couples or families!“
“Love this place. Honestly one of the only unique non-chain places in west valley. Fun, authentic, good food, good vibes, and great staff. There’s a reason for going every night of the week, be it for Trivia or DJ bingo or half price wings.I only give 4 stars because they’ve recently made a modification to their chicken tenders order, which I ordered tonight and was severely disappointed and dissatisfied. The chicken tenders were insanely dry, thin, over cooked, and mostly breading. I left hungry and dissatisfied which is rare for Booty’s. I only write this in hopes they’ll improve this menu item.“
“Everything here is beyoooooond delicious!! There green hot sauce is addicting even when it's super hot still can't have enough! The pineapple is so fresh when you get get the pastor tacos (highly recommended)! I always get the flautas omgee they're amazing ?“
“Boycott any of the Bertos' joints, come try this place.Pros: Home made food! I CAN'T EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH.I got the California Burrito, Carne Asada Fries and the 5 Rolled Beef Tacos. The meat is not fatty and cheap like at other Bertos' locations. Deliciously seasoned and spiced. The rolled tacos aren't small microwaveable lookalikes, instead they're sizeable and filling. Their Salsa bar is delightful as well (He wasn't kidding about that red sauce oooowee). Most importantly, above their delicious home made cooking, their prices are outstandingly low and affordable.Cons: More like minor inconveniences...They do not have a drive through, so yes you'll need to get out of your vehicle and actually go in (oh no).Small hole in the wall, but wasn't busy. Potential for seating to be limited, but not in my experience.Home made cooking, means slightly longer wait time but your patience will be rewarded with delicious food.10/10 recommend. Try it out. They're not getting the business they deserve!Ps. Fortune cookie is for size comparison.“
“Birria tacos are pretty good with the consome and their dr pepper is crispy and nice my son like the rice and beans my daughter liked the Carne asada fries.I tried the Carne asada burrito another time was good but small and I believe no avocado maybe need to ask to put it in there but ya so far everything has been great, inside and bathroom were clean, toilet as well I'd eat off of it lol jkjk but foreal“
“Great street tacos. After we ate them, the owners shared the quesabirria since we didn’t know what it was. Supremely delicious!!! Crispy tortillas, melted cheese, and yummy birria. We would eat these every week if Taqueria Tuc-son were in Utah!!“
“SOOOO GOOD! I got the birria vampiros and omg they're so good! My autistic 2 year old has refused eating tacos his whole life until I was eating these and he casually came over and started eating them out of my hand. I was flabbergasted and had to come leave a blazing positive review. They're really that good!“
“So sad this place closed so soon. I always ordered the birria tacos and birria quesadilla. My boyfriend ordered their birria Ramen and he loved it! The meat is so tender and their corn tortillas are amazing as well. I'm glad they still have food truck locations.“
“Best deal in town if you're looking for Mexican food. You've probably noticed all the hottest burrito joints are all charging something like $15 for a single burrito. No side of rice or beans, just a simple burrito. Not señor burrito. This is easily hands down my favorite place to get some Mexican take out. The prices are reasonable, yet the portions are huge. Monster burritos. Sorta thing you need after a long day at work when you're too exhausted to go home and cook a meal. For me personally it's the Diablo shrimp burrito. Everyone boasts that they have a spicy burrito but it's always a letdown in the actual spice or flavor department. Whatever they're putting in that Diablo sauce is fire. I don't care what the repercussions are the next morning when I wake up and have to sit on the porcelain throne, I'm always asking for a little extra Diablo sauce. It ties so well with the shrimp and rice. I hope they come up with more menu items that incorporate that sauce. The location itself is in a comfy part of town, and considering they make all the food from scratch service is very fast. Shout out to the guy working the window, he's always super cool and we talk cars almost every time I pull up.“
“My husband Bryan G and I ordered a couple of street carne asada tacos on Sunday, January 14, 2023, and they were good.I heard of this place from my husband Bryan. He was an ASM at Kohls and said this was the restaurant to go to for tacos! The restaurant was not busy at all. Looked pretty spacious. The front could use some cleaning, and the chairs should be stored elsewhere. I would recommend their tacos. We will definitely stop by again and try other dishes.“
“This is an awesome old-school style spot, my family absolutely loves the tacos! We always get three orders of the birriaqueso tacos, and they give you so much for the money! Customer service is awesome I would definitely recommend this place to anyone?“
“Hubby and I were late night hungry, we came across this food truck and pulled in about 20 minutes before closing, they were happy to have us and we were happy they were still open. Great food, great service and we love that we felt no rush to leave and were left to enjoy our meal even though they were in the process of closing. We will be coming back again!! (ps... we were a little shocked, however, as it was $73 for 10 street tacos and a couple of drinks) ??“
“We phoned in our order and arrived on time. But they didn't get the order started until we arrived, because they were so busy. So know ahead of time that you will be waiting to get your food. However, know ahead of time that you are going to love your food. The quesadillas are amazing AND the tacos are so unique and delicious! I am not a fan of cilantro, so they made my food without this spice. However, my family loves cilantro and they loved their food as well! If you're truly NOT in a hurry, make this your next taco stop. You will love their unique take on a delicious taco!“
“After Juan’s Mexican Food on Thomas and 16th street closed down. This is where I come for the best hardshell shredded beef tacos. The prices are great, the food quality is 9/10 great flavor and made fresh to order. I've tried mostly everything on the menu, so far, I haven't found any item I dislike. My favorite item is the California Burrito. The best one I've had hands down, no competition.Parking: Small parking lot, spaces are limited. Tight area. Check your car for damage when leaving.“
“Highly recommend Let's Taco Bout Us! We had them out to cater my daughters HS graduation party for about 50 people. Yvonne and Ramon provided delicious food that all of our guests raved about, and wonderful service with a smile! We would definitely hire them again and will be on the lookout for where they will be around town also. Thank you so much!!“
“The atmosphere here was EVERYTHING. It was so earthy and calming, within the first five minutes I was raving about how I want to bring everyone back to this location specifically. Service was excellent, food was delicious and the ambiance is unmatched. We ordered the queso and mac and cheese to start and both knocked it out of the ball park. The queso had more a smoked, pepper taste which I LOVED because it can really be hit or miss. I ordered the burger which was good, pretty standard. The hot honey chicken sandwich was amazing. Highly recommend. The French dip was chef’s kiss, loved the fusion of flavor. We ended the night with the butterscotch pudding bread topped with vanilla and wwwooowwww I could’ve demolished the entire skillet alone. All in all the experience and food in my book were a 10/10… the ONLY complaint that I had and it could be a deal breaker for some… the water was horrific. It smelled and tasted almost like sewer? I hope they address that because next time I’m going to ask that they not bring the water to the table entirely.“
“I only got to try the torta and blueberry lemonade but both were amazing. Can’t wait to come back to try each of the tacos. The pineapple salsa was incredible. I recommend this spot to anyone and everyone. Plus the owner Raul was super cool. 10/10 for this place.“
