My first visit ...my girl and I found it on a whim headed across town .. I am fully surprised.
We had birria tacos and an horchata and they were great
Tacos had plenty of innards .. good melty cheese and good quantities of meat. The toppings bar added the perfect flexibility with several sauces and some veg.
The corn tortillas were crispy and tasted amazing....and the dipping consume.. omg so good
I have two complaints .. first.. I wish there were more of this place all over town ..and second . They give you a ton of consume.. which is good . But it's delicious...savor it .. I almost drank it!

“This place was a Gem for us. We came from Texas and was looking for great tacos with a nice atmosphere and this spot did just that. The Raman Birria is very flavorful with a little spice, and the tacos were great as well.“

We ordered carne asada, even my young son liked it, and al pastor tacos. The al pastor could had been marinated a little longer, but over all, the quality of meat was good. Meat was not gamey, decent amount of food. These were street taco size. After telling the waiter that the tacos were good he suggested we return on TACO TUESDAY 🌮😁

“4/18/26 approximately 3 PM. I drove by and I saw the Menudo and posole Banner posted it outside the building. I just decided to make a U-turn and try for myself. I will say the presentation the service the environment was outstanding! Five stars for sure. The tortillas in my opinion needed it to be warmed up a little more because they cracked as I was folding or attempting to roll it up like I normally do. They have a salsa bar where you’re able to sprinkle additional seasoning spices onto your Menudo. I was very pleased with the beef tripe and Harmony. However it lacked flavor! The colors are amazing but it needed a lot of flavor. It was very bland. I was not expecting unflavored Menudo since it looked amazing..“

“I love Taco Tuesday here. Ordered 4 tacos with 3 different beef (asada, ground, and shredded). Amazing for only $2.25 each. All had lots of beef on em and the hard taco was fried there and hot. I really enjoy getting my own carrots and salsa. To top it off, the salsa verde (green) was fabulous and they even gave chips with the taco and the chunky red salsa was great.

“It was our first time here, and we had a great experience. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The tacos were flavorful, and the horchata was delicious. We also ordered chips and salsa, and the chips tasted freshly made. I’m personally not a big fan of melted cheese on tacos, but they were still really good. “Love this truck. My 11 year old put me onto them when they were at an Easter event in El Mirage. My giant carne asasda burrito was on point. My son gets the carne asada tacos with pineapple and avocado puree. My wife and daughter dig the shrimp tacos. My mother asked if she could buy a dessert with banana in it, but if they could serve the banana on the side so we could feed the baby too. They ended up selling her just a banana for $1. Either the fish or shrimp you won't be upset. The Michelada was an amazing compliment to yhe food as well. Definitely coming back to try more, especially the shrimp cocktail and birria taco.
