“I made a very large order for I thought 11:30 am for my daughter’s bday but accidentally scheduled it for 11:30pm. The team and manager were so gracious when I came very early to pick it up. They hustled to get it ready for me so we could have it in time for our party. Thank you so so so much!“

“I went this morning to the grand opening the line was moving decently fast by the time I got up front and ordered my food it was around 6:58ish (they open at 6:30) I went up the owners wife and expressed to her that she could give my food away to an employee or someone else because I was going to be late to work which I was by 5 mins. But she was so kind and reassured that she’s have my food out asap which she did. The whole staff was super friendly and the owners wife, I didn’t get her name was so sweet to go out her way to try and get my food out to me faster. I ended up giving it away because they did mess up my order (I asked for no cheese and they added it) but honestly the whole experience overall was great so it’s alright. Thank you chick fil a for not getting me in to much trouble with my boss lol he was very great ful for the free goodies!“

“Always love eating at Cane's. The staff interaction was warm, professional and personable. My order was taken effortlessly without any snags.
My food was presented in record time with minimal time delays. I found my food hot, fresh and delicious, free of any issues or defects.
Cane's obviously sells chicken but they deliver outstanding customer service. Eating is a necessity, eating out has now become a luxury. Cane's delivered a quality product with a great attitude, at a acceptable price.
I felt valued and respected while visiting this location. How refreshing in the post pandemic world of normalized uncaring indifference to once again experience what used to be normal.

“Had the chicken strip, tasted great though I like a more crispy batter. Loved that they had several choices of dipping sauces, even hot gravy. Their bone in wings were cooked perfectly crispy. The French fries were very good, not my favorite but very good. My son had the Mac cheese bowl and it tasted great, very cheesy. My wife had a chicken sandwich, I didn't try it but the presentation made it look very appetizing. In fact the presentation of all our dishes was good. The service was quick (1pm on a Sunday) and the staff were very friendly. The chicken options are plenty and their deserts looked good. This location along with its restroom were very clean. 100% will eat here again“
