“Went to twisted sugar with my daughter the other night such a cute Little place. It’s hard to see off the main road so I would never have know it was there if it weren’t for my daughter showing me, but it’s right next to Walgreens In the plaza that used to be Papa John’s and Samurai Sam’s Used to be. Awesome cookies“

“First time visiting. We went for the free cookies (one day promotion). Martha Stewart's Chocolate chip - so good! The server handed them to us and never tried to make us feel guilty for not buying anything. So, I decided to buy a variety of the options available that week. They weren't free, but they were delicious. They are a bit pricey, but each cookie is big enough for sharing. I may not go weekly, but a once a month treat is definitely in my future.“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

“Came here a week ago, maybe a little longer now, because my girlfriend wanted to have a unique gender reveal. We called ahead and asked the friendly ladies that were working that day if they would be interested in doing this for us and they agreed to do it. When we got there, they were just as friendly in person and had an excited energy, making the experience even better. My girlfriend and I handed them a folded slip of paper that had the gender, picked out the flavors, one pink, one blue, and asked them to bring out the color that matches. It was perfect, they brought the ice cream out, even covered by a bag, asked what we thought it was, did a countdown, and we got strawberry cheesecake(pink) and everyone got excited! The ice cream was incredibly good, and the vibe was perfect. Thank you ladies for that experience! I wish I would've caught their names to commend them directly.“
