My friend didn't care for the dry rub coating, he prefers a sauce instead.“

“Came here for ASU Parents Weekend and wow, The Melt totally nailed it. The burgers were juicy, fries on point, and the team was super friendly. They’ve got a sign saying they promise you’ll have a great experience, and they really meant it. I even shook their hands and snapped some pics with them. Loved it so much I came back the next night! Definitely my new favorite spot near campus.“

“Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!“

“I took my granddaughter and her friend there for his birthday because he loves Raising Cane's. The food was good and the service was good as well. We did have a little issue with my granddaughters order and her friend took her food to the counter and a gentleman came out to speak with us. He was very nice and didn't hesitate to take care of the issue he also gave us two gift cards for the next visit which my granddaughter and I gave them to her friend for his birthday and he was very excited about that. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name because I thought it was great how he handled the issue without making us feel bad for speaking up.“

“Well...I did not eat here. But, I did go inside the store and talked to one of the staff to get permission to park my car there for a few hours. They were exceptionally cordial and friendly.

I was going to combine my daily walk with visiting the sporting good store in Chandler; and just didn't want to do the full 10 mile walk in the 110 degrees. So, I drove from my hotel and parked at the El Pollo Loco to shorten it to 6 miles.

On my next work trip to Phoenix, I will definitely stop in to dine!“

“I was looking for a new place to have lunch delivered to my job. I decided chicken tenders sounded good and I was RIGHT. The tenders are huge. I got 3 and ended up giving one away. The mashed taters and gravy hit the spot and you can tell the coleslaw is handmade. All of my coworkers started fawning all over my lunch and it looks like we'll be doing a group order soon!“
