“All around one of the BEST experiences I’ve had visiting a late night fast food restaurant. I especially want to commend the girl taking orders in the drive-thru, very friendly, made sure to ask about what options I wanted on my meal, ran the food to my car, and the food was cooked perfectly. I don’t expect much from fast food places late at night, but they over exceeded my expectations by leagues. I hope these employees are reward for their excellence. Visited at about 1:40am Double Jack combo with a large Coke.“

“They had 3 employees and they were hustling! It was with that work ethic that they made churros that slapped far outside the bounds of this universe. I've also never seen a fast food restaurant with a 30-minute dine-in limit or clarifying that drugs are prohibited. Good to see an institution standing up for what is right.“

“Jack in the Box knows how to make great-tasting food for a reasonable price. Whether you have the munchies or are hungry as a bear, they'll have something you'll like. I love their crunchy tacos and tiny tacos. Just avoid the one in downtown Tempe because they take forever in the drive thru.“

“I went in Friday afternoon for a meal, I was helped by a girl in the drive thru I believe her name was Susy. She was very kind and had great customer service. She went over new items on Menu and helped me made a good choice after I was undecided on what to order . will definitely come back to this location thanks to her !“

“Elliott has the most incredible customer service! He went out of his way to help my daughter today when her mobile order accidentally went to a different location. Corporate didn’t care and wouldn’t help, but Elliott did! She couldn’t believe just how awesome he was. The food was delicious too. “Professional employees and a presentable location. Never had any issues for months of coming here and today they gave a wrong item but were quick to ask me to return at my earliest convenience to correct it when I called them. Plus the drive thru is plenty wide enough so no worries about curbing your rims and the location is super easy to get in and out of.“
