Suzy at store 705 baseline tempe az Gave me the worst experience ever I purchased a fill up box and when I received it I looked in the box and the chicken was RAW and fries was so cold and dry nothing was Hot and as I complained bout my order she begins to get rude and offer a refund like it's OK to be serving Raw Chicken to customers I will never came back to this location until management is Changed kfc u guys wondering why yall struggling in the chicken chains Smh
WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS KFC, THE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN SMILE THEY SEEM LIKE THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOB, FIRST THEY TOOK FOREVER TO TAKE OUR ORDER, THEN THEY TOOK FOREVER TO GIVE US OUR ORDER, WE WERE ON LUNCH BREAK, FINALLY WHEN THEY GAVE US OUR ORDER I ASKED FOR AN EXTRA SAUCE AND THE GIRL THERE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS 35 CENTS MORE FOR EACH. Customer service is a joke at this location. Some bigger guy ignored us and said out loud that he doesn’t work register. If you hate your job that much, quit. Ain’t nobody asking you to stay and be rude. It’s folks like you that ruin any visit. I had to place an order online due to being ignored for no reason.
