“As the one person in the drive thru that gave the team a hard time about my order, I have to say I will be back and truly appreciate the team and Noah going above and beyond to satisfy my craving. I appreciate everything they have done for me tonight and will return simply because of the accommodattions the team made for me. I urge the company to permanently place the double decker taco back on the menu, the ingredients are all in house so it doesn’t make sense as to why it isn’t available. I also asked about the enchorito. Aside from my urge and suggestions, I appreciate the team at this location.“

“Food was Taco Bell standard but what I was shocked by was the super professional staff and the cleanliness of this location. Two things I normally dont expect. But I went in about 7pmish 10/14 they were super busy in the drive thru and I placed an online order. I didnt even mind have to wait as long as I did. The young man that was running the show was so courteous and apologetic about the wait. Team work was on point.“

“This is the best Taco Bell location. The food always comes out fast and the customer service is the best I’ve ever received. Moses is one of the best workers I’ve encountered here. He’s funny, nice, and gives great customer service. He always goes above and beyond. My food is hardly ever wrong and is always hot when I get it“

“Get lunch and occasionally dinner here every day, yet, im still in shape and healthy. They CARE about the portions. They take pride in the food they serve here. Despite facing a never ending onslaught of ASU kids, this place is somehow always clean and shiny. The team behind the counter works effeciently, apologizes for delays while resolving the issues by offering solutions such as maybe a free small drink for the wait or taking the time to talk with you about your day or how the night is going so far. You feel welcomed and loved here. I work in coorporate finance and this Taco Bell is genuinely better staffed and ran smoother than my office. Angela and Courrey also run their teams very well to the point i almost felt compelled to ask for a part time job application. Great food, much respect, live mas 😎“

“I got a random phone call this morning. No caller ID available, number cam up as all zeros. When I answered I heard the unmistakable sound of the BELL!

BONG! get a burrito
BONG! get two
BONG! and some nacho fries.“

“I am a full time gig worker who came from food service and I was impressed by this crew. I could hear how busy it was at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday and a young girl came out to fill a cup. I could see the all too familiar look on her face and wanted her to know that her and her crew were seen and appreciated for all their hard work. These are our community members and even though we may be on a rushed lunch break we wouldn’t have Taco Bell without them all so next time you are here at the drive in remember to thank your community members for making your lunch quick and fresh in a clean upbeat environment. “I was initially let down during my early morning visit to a Taco Bell that claims to be open 24 hours. When I arrived at the drive-thru around 5:00 a.m., I was informed that they were only taking DoorDash orders. Undeterred, I headed to the Taco Bell located at 1336 West University Drive in Tempe. There, I was greeted by a wonderfully friendly staff member who patiently waited as I browsed the menu, and the food turned out to be fantastic.“

“Well, not a lot of veg/vegan options, and the ones they have aren't any good, tasteless rather but I've heard that the non veg options are good. I usually get fries from here and they taste pretty good. Atmosphere ain't good cause a lot of drunk and homeless people are there inside and around the place, making it a bit unsafe at night time.“
