“When did Arby's get SO expensive!? I got 3 meals. 1 cheddar roast beef meal, and each kid got the chicken bacon ranch. Then I added +1 cheddar roast beef sandwich by itself. Over $50. How!??? The food was good but it's nowhere worth that amount of money. You guys are going to go out of business!!! Not just this location.... the entire company. For prices like that, the place needs to be cleaner, the service needs to be 100% excellent. What you offer is not worth that in the slightest.“
“We had such a great experience at this 1893 W Grant Rd location. Rhonda took our order in the drive through. She was upbeat and fun. Great service thanks for the fun laugh you are a great customer service expert!! Food wS great too! Will come to this Arby's again!“
“literally one man on duty, manning the drive-through, serving all dishes by himself, running the whole store with no help except for a cook that was getting ready to leave and he still managed to keep the drive-through going, and was friendly with a smile throughout it all hands-down, great place I would definitely recommend they have a very hard dedicated man there“
“Great place to eat the only thing missing to make this a true restaurant is table service. But for a fast food place definitely a good eat.Parking: It's a bit of pain cuz it's one way you have to go all the way around the restaurant to exit but that's due to an engineering issue The Taco Bell next door is the same way so I think it was just a location-based issue where the contractor only knew how to make one thing.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking right in front of the door, Short ramp not very steep. blue button.“
