Arby's in Tucson

“I've been waiting sooo long to be reunited with Arby's. Now I know there is a much closer location to me, but today's experience here just about makes me want to make it my official location. Service/kind smiling employees 😁 ALL my different items were incredible!!! Extra thank you whoever was working there today 7-30-26!“

“Ordered a French dip from the drive thru. Got home, opened it up and devoured it! It was absolutely delicious, my favorite French dip! The potato cakes were fresh and crisp and my strawberry lemonade was sinful! Thank you to the 22nd street location, I appreciate you guys!“

“I've never had an issue or complaint about any Arby's. The Arby's i recently visited offerd me extra beef, witch was the first for me, and I loved it. So, from now on, every time I visit an Arby's, I'm getting extra beef.“

“I always love Arby's i cant complain but they werent able to ring up my free sandwich from the app so they had to override it which was time consuming but resulted in 2 free sandwiches. I like free sandwiches. So all in all that was a win!“

“Went on Saturday afternoon, October 17th, and wanted to redeem my points, which I messed up the day before. There was a customer in front of me and Genevieve was on duty. Genevieve was very helpful, along with the customer, and I was able to place my order with ease. Thank you Genevieve.“

“Arby's has decent food for a fast food restaurant. I love their jamocha shakes, and they are to die for! They have a wide variety of foods and don't forget the sauce you will want them trust me they are really good. Staff are usually friendly for minimum wage.“

“Our dog Tia was offered a dog treat when I picked up my order placed in the drive through. When I finished my Gyro, so good for fast food, I walked in to the restaurant and asked an employee if I could get one more treat for our dog. The employee looked at his manager like, is that ok, & his manager nodded his head in agreement. Score two for Tia! Great drive through or walk-in fast food.“
