Baskin Robbins in Tucson

“I was in search of Baskin Robbins winter white chocolate ice cream for a special occasion. I sought out this BR conveniently located off of La Cholla. There is free off street parking near the store. I was waited on right away. I ordered a fresh hand packed quart of the ice cream. It was prepared quickly. My bill was $12.64 including a tip. The ice cream was fabulous I would return to this BR again.“

“I still enjoy B&R ice cream and the service is always good here but the interior is in really bad shape.
Chairs are broken and cut into the back of the legs, tables woble horribly & the ceiling looks dirty and dark as lights are out in the corner.
Really needs to come back to a respectful level I feel.“

“They barely get 2 stars because the ice cream was great but the service was horrible. The 4 of us came in at 8:15 and the lady proceeded to tell us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody even asked for a sample. Then she stated rudely that the lobby closes in 10 minutes. Also there was a guy outside with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes. This was after I asked him where I should park and he still went right over and started blowing dirt everywhere. He could have just skipped that little spot but I guess he couldn't resist. I don't think he spoke English or he just didn't care. I'm attaching a video.
