“Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's 13th B-day. The cake and the service was 5 star! I highly recomend them as every person that attended the party. They made me look great, and all I did was poke at my key board. Keep up the good work, customer service is king!“
“They barely get 2 stars because the ice cream was great but the service was horrible. The 4 of us came in at 8:15 and the lady proceeded to tell us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody even asked for a sample. Then she stated rudely that the lobby closes in 10 minutes. Also there was a guy outside with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes. This was after I asked him where I should park and he still went right over and started blowing dirt everywhere. He could have just skipped that little spot but I guess he couldn't resist. I don't think he spoke English or he just didn't care. “I just left the drive thru very satisfied!! The lady working handed me my iced matcha latte and said "I made it extra pretty". Starbucks matcha latte isn't as good as Dunkin doughnuts matcha latte. She was very nice and respectful. I will definitely be coming back.“
“I was in earlier for my favorite treat when I noticed a new young gentleman and another girl working. The gentleman jumped up to help me and greeted me with a genuine smile on his face. His customer service skills left a smile on my face. I think his name started with a D (it's an unusual name). On the other hand the girl hardly looked up or at me and when she did, there was a permanent glare on her face and she gave me the vibe that she didn't even want to be there. In fact she was very rude. It was sad to see one employee doing all the work and being so kind and humble about it while having to work with someone that obviously doesn't care about her job.Thank you again "D".. you brightened my day and I will surely be back to see you!“
