Horrible experience. Reservation for 4 on 02/14/2026. Long wait to be seated, placed outside in freezing weather with no heater available. Waited over an hour, then told food would take another 40 minutes. We were shivering and asked for takeout. Food arrived late, quality was terrible, and items were missing. Very disappointing service and management.
