The service and breakfast were exceptional! I ate here everyday for a week. One of the best hotel breakfasts spots around!!
This lounge is at the Loews Resort Hotel, which I happened to find on a Google maps search of the area. After verifying with the valet staff that the public was welcome to visit the lounge we had a few beverages both inside the facility and on their outside patio.
Bar service was ok; outside service was good. Beverages and the facility were amazing.

Cascade at Loews Ventana Canyon offers a nice atmosphere with limited menu options but is a great place to hang out with big screen TVs, live music, and a cozy fireplace in winter. The architecture provides stunning views of the mountains and Sonoran desert. The food, like the burrata dish and creme brulee, is scrumptious. However, service can be hit or miss, with some staff lacking knowledge and attentiveness. Despite issues like poor air circulation in the rooms and unexpected visitors like mice, the friendly staff and overall experience make it a place worth revisiting.
