“This place is ridiculously busy at lunch but, even then they still get your food out pretty dang quick. The drive-thru is also ridiculously long but they get you through as quickly as anybody could. Excellent job by the staff. This store could definitely be larger and still be full.“
“2nd time at this particular store. Friendly staff who asked questions about allergies when we ordered waffle fries were meh on their own, but we added salt and ketchup and they yasted great. The original sandwich with american cheese was tender, juicy and delicious, and the Chick-fil-A dipping sauce was sweet and tangy. Tasted good on tje freid and sanwich, alike. My favorite thing is the fozen lemonade, though. That's really good. Like a lemon shake. Yum.“

The only reason why I put 4 stars is because I the drive thru line, when you pull up to order, the person taking your order from the hand held device doesn't have a menu to look at... So they show you a cluttered screen. Take a note from in and out on Broadway and Kolb or canes on Wilmot and Broadway. They have menus hanging from their hand helds to look at.“
“I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe along with the Market Salad. The food was good as usual, especially the spicy chicken, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The drive-thru experience was convenient and my order was handled smoothly. Overall, another solid Chick-fil-A visit.“

“This place is like any other Chick-Fil-A (except this is an express), with great food items that you are able to order through the Tapingo app. However, lines can be incredibly long and waiting for your food can take up to 30 minutes during school hours. Unless you have the patience, you are better off ordering from a nearby competitor.“
“So grateful to the staff here! Chick-fil-A always has exceptional service, but when our daughter got sick they jumped in to help us and even a few good Samaritans offered her water and napkins. Thank you to everyone who stepped up to help in a very stressful situation!“
