“As i pulled into the drive thru i was greeted by the order taker , who made me feel like the emploiyees actually cared about customer service. My order was quickly delivered to my vehicle by another friendly employee. My order was correct and tasted great.“
“Great place, good food, great customer service.
The only reason why I put 4 stars is because I the drive thru line, when you pull up to order, the person taking your order from the hand held device doesn't have a menu to look at... So they show you a cluttered screen. Take a note from in and out on Broadway and Kolb or canes on Wilmot and Broadway. They have menus hanging from their hand helds to look at.“
“2nd time at this particular store. Friendly staff who asked questions about allergies when we ordered waffle fries were meh on their own, but we added salt and ketchup and they yasted great. The original sandwich with american cheese was tender, juicy and delicious, and the Chick-fil-A dipping sauce was sweet and tangy. Tasted good on tje freid and sanwich, alike. My favorite thing is the fozen lemonade, though. That's really good. Like a lemon shake. Yum.“

“This place is like any other Chick-Fil-A (except this is an express), with great food items that you are able to order through the Tapingo app. However, lines can be incredibly long and waiting for your food can take up to 30 minutes during school hours. Unless you have the patience, you are better off ordering from a nearby competitor.“
“I know this may be hard to believe but I'm 71 years old and have never been to Chick-fil-A! That's right. But I was traveling with 3 of my granddaughters and we all agreed to stop there for dinner. The chicken was good but absolutely nothing special. I think it's way overrated. BUT, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly.“
