Had an awesome experience getting me a cinnamon roll. Thought I was gonna be in line for an hour, but to my expectations, I wasn't in line for even 2 mins. Staff were prompt and efficient. Polite and courteous to the T. Wish the others store's had service like this place. Felt amazing just getting a cinnamon roll.
The cinnabons used to be so gooey with their brown sugar mixture and frosting. Wow, quality has really gone down. They were thin and dry. Not much gooeyness or frosting. Very disappointed.
I love the Tucson Mall Cinnabon so much<33 You can smell how scrumptious it is from the other side of the mall! Everything is soo delicious and baked to perfection. The workers are ANGELS all of them are soooo sweet and as a mall worker they always hook me up with the sweet treats I need to get through my shift!
