However, during a recent visit, a rude employee's behavior marred the experience. The young girl, dubbed "Little Miss tornado," was aggressive and unprofessional when handling a customer complaint about cold fries. Her repeated apologies and lack of accountability left a negative impression. The other staff members, like the kid with headphones, also need to improve their customer service skills. Despite the employee issues, the food quality and flavors at Eegee's remain top-notch. A visit to Eegee's promises a delicious meal and refreshing frozen drink, but it's essential for the employees to handle situations better to ensure a positive dining experience.
