Jack in the Box in Tucson

“Great service! Went on lunch break from doing home renovation, and the worker at the drive through was incredibly nice and accommodating. Unfortunately another lady who brought out my food forgot all the condiments, my short fused co workers were ready to make me a part of the home. But I know I ordered them and paid for the buttermilk ranch!“

“I was really impressed and grateful for the excellent customer service today displayed by Alisha & Fernando! Unlike a lot of young adults, I see these days that have a disconnect when it comes to Customer Service, they were very respectful and spot on with the way customers should be treated! Thank you guys. You will go a long way with those skills!“

“This location is crazy! The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. I ordered to go and then when it was up I switched up to dine in. Surprisingly they didn’t even blink. They pulled everything out of the bags and put it on trays. They double checked everything and made sure the order was on point. While we were waiting a super nice girl was mopping the dining area. I’m blown away.“

“Jack-in-the-Box has a great menu. They have several choices even tacos and that’s what I enjoy getting. Their tacos are reasonably priced and they are delicious everything there has been very good when I’ve had their burgers, they were perfect the way I enjoy them. Lots of flavor, meat, not overcooked and plenty of sauce. very good.“

“I had a large order and a young man named David help me at the desk took my order and repit it to me to make sure I had everything and reputed to me after was packed to measure I had everything offered source for my tacos. He even went around the counter and open the door for me with my 2 hands full. Smiles all the time very respectfully and wish me a great day. Just for that Now two more family members old as me are customers of this place. Thank you David“

“The busiest location in the world sometimes it feels like, being next to the university, they used to suck NGL they would have 9 people on the clock moving slow as molasses, but now they got their stuff figured out and there's always 3-4 people busting their butts to get everyone fed. Y'all been awesome lately keep it up!“

“I just drove by. But I do like the sour dough jack. Used to be able to order it separately and was cheaper. Patty bun cheese tomato.

Vegetarian options: There food is good.

Kid-friendliness: I don't know in drove by. Sorry.

Wheelchair accessibility: They usually do.“

“Yesterday my baby boy Taco got the utmost pleasure of having his last meal here, served by such sweet, kind people. They chopped up his ultimate cheeseburger for him perfectly for him to be able to scarf down with no teeth, and payed for it for us out of the kindness of their own hearts. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much your actions have impacted me and my family. I'm so greatful we chose Jack In the Box for his last meal. 💕 You guys are the best.“

“I regularly do DoorDash orders at this location. I had stopped accepting orders from there for a while, as the service was extremely slow and would take 20-25 minutes waiting for an order when the store wasn't busy. The service has greatly improved from a few months ago! Great job, thank you!“

“Hard to give a 5 only because when it's a miss on food it's pretty bad, stale fries, burnt buns or just simply missing ingredients. On the other hand though when it's a certain staff, they are on it, fresh fries almost perfect cooked food so when it reaches you it's delicious and this outweighs some of their mistakes almost IMO.“

“I'm an Uber driver. This comes up because I drove some drunk people through the drive-thru. They were obnoxious as can be and the guy at the window kept us cool really well. I was laughing the whole time because I found the whole interaction to be super entertaining, but that's just me. They're racking up a waiting fee that I'm thrilled to accept. I didn't get his name but dude from Jack in the box who put up with these two people deserves a medal and a free meal and probably a day off. Cheers to you brother“

“Visited this location around 430am on October 29th 2025. Andres served me at the window and prepared much of my meal. It was perhaps the best Jack in the Box meal I've ever had. Everything was immediately fresh to the point I couldn't eat the fries for a minute or two and I didn't even have to wait that long. His customer service was great from start to finish. Keep kicking butt dude! McDonald's can't come close either!“

“No attention to detail here! Ordered a number 6, wound up with number 16. Went from a burger to a bowl of terribly chicken and rice. Was a bit surprised but was hungry so I ate what they gave me! I'll speak louder next time, and maybe put up the correct number of fingers!“

“Today I stopped in after work because I was starving hungry. I ordered a snack box with a burger and curly fries. I got home exhausted and couldn't wait to eat my burger. I was absolutely surprised at how perfect this burger was made. It was truly a work of art seriously. I want your team to know that you are all very much appreciated for going above and beyond everyday. Thank You so much for making my day better!“

“I wanted to come here and thank this location… after having a bad experience on 6th location.. I came to mission and ajo they treated me with respect they even completed my order in 6 minutes and mind you it was a big order of tacos ! Good customer service by the young lady at the drive thru ! I really appreciate it also I do want to mention that the district manager contacted me in regards of the other incident on 6th Ave and he gave me. A resolution ! Thank you“
