Best McDonald's staff I have ever encountered. We go to use the playspace at least once a week and the whole place has a nice community feel.
The manager here is rude. She gave someone their food, then came back, said she gave her someone else's order and made it out to be like it was the lady and her kids fault. The mom handled it well, but the manager is rude every time we come in. I adked for a water cup, but she would only give it to us with the ice cream cones that she was letting go sit there melt while she made the second order of chicken sandwiches. Common sense has eluded her.
