When I'm on or off the clock , I'm nice as can be
I’ve recently picked up a few orders from McDonald’s locations, and the biggest area for improvement would be customer service. Sometimes orders take longer than expected, and the experience could be smoother.

Customer service was decent when you actually interact with workers. Like all McDonald's these days Customer service hardly exists. There's more interaction with the kiosk then a human. Ordering from the kiosk it said its only taking to go orders so I had to eat my breakfast in the car. Parking is very limited, there's a parking lot adjacent to their lot but it belongs to other businesses and youll have to walk across to it.
