McDonald's offers a clean and wheelchair-accessible dining experience with friendly service. The kitchen crew prepares meals quickly and efficiently. The staff at the counter assists customers with the digital ordering process. The menu features top-notch meals, such as Big Macs and fries, which are best enjoyed hot from the fryer. Customers can expect their online orders to be ready and packed with all requested sauces.
The self-serve kiosks are a popular feature, but some customers have noticed that employees can be less attentive to those needing in-person assistance. The biscuits are a highlight, with a nice balance of crunch and softness. However, one customer had a frustrating experience with a manager who was not helpful in resolving an issue with a paid order. Overall, this location provides excellent service and food, making it a preferred choice over other branches.
