“Im a first responder and I ordered while on duty, ended up getting 4 calls in a row so I couldn't get my order, I called and asked if its still there and told them im a first responder, James said he'd remake them for free. Im very thankful for him, me and my partner really appreciated what he did for us!! 10/10 service!“

“Ordered a 15 pizza delivery at 9am for the same day to be delivered at 11:45am. Minutes after placing the order, the manager on duty called to advise they have multiple large orders and would be running late. I was not concerned about the time difference and very much appreciated him reaching out. The food still showed up ON TIME and was HOT and delicious.

“Great customer service, top notch. They accidentally delivered wrong pizza to my house. Door dash said they couldn’t do anything that it wasn’t their fought. Called the store manager and they remade the correct pizza and had it delivered in a fast timely manner. Too bad all restaurants aren’t like this because most would apologize and say we can give you a credit for next time.“
