I see a woman there, I don't know her name but she's an older woman with glasses and a very short pixie haircut with her natural gray hair. SHE is extremely kind as well and ALWAYS makes sure my order is correct. THIS LOCATION HAS IMPROVED SOO MUCH. With customer service, with everything. There is a BIG GAP when ordering wings.NEWEST UPDATE: I'm Very disappointed, I ordered a delivery order a couple nights ago and was then told to pick it up and when I called I was very rudely and Coldy told "fine it'll be a while" I said No I'll just pick it up. I got there, I'm 4 MINUTES AWAY And the delight was backing out as I got there and was Already back when I was leaving, ?♀️ but Ok. It was raining and I Think there was only 1 delivery person so I don't know. But I'm highly disappointed because I feel the customer service used to be the BEST here and has absolutely gone down. “So I ordered a pizza from this location and I will say at first I was unhappy. But it was only due to my pizza not having the pepperoni that I thought it should have had. Which at the end of the day was my fault (I based it off the picture and not rhe oder form). Anyway I went back to the location and the manager was very nice to me as I was to her explaining my mishap. Long story short she and her very nice crew which may have included the owner ( he was the only one with a blk shirt which made believe this is a franchise) remade my pizza and it came out great. The customer service I experienced at this location was above a 10. Will definitely continue buying pizza from here!!!“
“Honestly, 100% of the time they are super nice and professional. Even delivering they are so amazing! The one time I had a problem they fixed it promptly and gave me a refund of the product. I LOVE papa johns and would order it all the the time if it wasn’t so expensive!!!“
“We love our Tucson Papa John’s location! We order often. The pizza is always fresh and hot. Tonight was the first time they delivered the wrong pizza. We called and they brought us the correct pizza in minutes. It was loaded with ingredients, hot and delicious!!“
“I set up my order online for pickup. Due to dietary restrictions I requested no cheese which I know is not a common request. A few minutes after submitting the order I received a call from this location confirming if I indeed did not want cheese. It was great to receive this level of customer service. With a simple call this location will now have me a regular return customer.“

I waited few minutes inside the store and I notice them being very busy yet this not affect the customer service. We order the New York stile and it was very tasty we were content with the purchase. “It’s papa John’s can’t give a 5 because it’s a food chain business but it’s consistent and well made one of the better papa John’s in town. The staff is the one’s laying down the toppings and making sure it’s correct. This place is great at that.“
“Got a NY Style pepperoni with extra pepperoni. Did drive up pickup. They brought it out. Put it in the back seat of the truck. Gave him a good tip.This was a great pizza. Crust was just an extension of the pizza. Pepperoni, cheese and sauce all the way to the end. One of the best pizza's my wife and I have ever had. Wife thinks we should get another one real soon. I agree.Good job.“
