“Im a first responder and I ordered while on duty, ended up getting 4 calls in a row so I couldn't get my order, I called and asked if its still there and told them im a first responder, James said he'd remake them for free. Im very thankful for him, me and my partner really appreciated what he did for us!! 10/10 service!“

“In a day and age where a customer service has become so lacking I was so pleasantly surprised at the service that Jessica gave me. She was so helpful and so kind cheerful and fun. She really made my day. She is a great employee and I will be going back to get my pizza from her for now on.“

I don't ever tip really prices are just to expensive everywhere. But I wish they left an after tip option . The food was amazing . Not greasy underneath . They had the perfect amount of marinara sauce in the pizza . Most places just put to little like Peterpiper . But this places was generous with the sauce on pizza . Wow . I'd tip you now if I could . It's just hard to tip when you don't know what ur getting :) but here's a 5 star for you best pizza I had at papa John's today .“

“I came into the store near closing and there were only two people working on several orders and they still managed to get mine out at a decent time. The guy who took my order was so kind I think his name was Erik. He deserves a raise with his ability to manage a hectic environment and still leave his customers satisfied. XDXD“

“Great customer service, top notch. They accidentally delivered wrong pizza to my house. Door dash said they couldn’t do anything that it wasn’t their fought. Called the store manager and they remade the correct pizza and had it delivered in a fast timely manner. Too bad all restaurants aren’t like this because most would apologize and say we can give you a credit for next time.“
