“I've been going to our Vail Subway since it opened and have NEVER had a bad meal or service and they have always been friendly.I just tried their breakfast sandwich and am now hooked on it !ALL businesses have off days, but the management at this store really care about the customer.Go there, you won't be disappointed.“

“First time having a smash burger, it wasn't bad. I loved the spicy chicken sandwich. Not a fan of shoestring fries, will get the onion rings from now on. The sauces were interesting and surprisingly good and different from other restaurants typical sauces. Staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions since this was my first time there. “Finally revising this review - management changed some years ago. Service has been great, both in wait time and food quality, and with pretty much everyone that works there. Friendly and efficient service. I always order on the app and pick up at the counter, so I can’t really speak to the overall “atmosphere”, but it’s been clean every time I’ve been there, which means something.

Vegetarian options: Black beans can be substituted for meat in any item, and multiple items are noted specifically as vegetarian on the menu.

Parking: Parking is sometimes sketchy when the Mexican restaurant right next to it is full; the main ingress from houghton also goes right between the two. that part of the shopping area wasn’t thought out. There are designated spots for takeout though, and I can always find a spot, it’s just tight.“
