“Fabulous Sonoran Restaurant week meal. Many choices and starts with fresh made chips and salsa. The Cesar salad was so fresh and was accompanied by unique bite sized cheese balls. The shrimp tacos were full of shrimp and delicious! The chocolate tres Leche cake was outstanding!! Service was efficient and exceptionally friendly.“

“Finally revising this review - management changed some years ago. Service has been great, both in wait time and food quality, and with pretty much everyone that works there. Friendly and efficient service. I always order on the app and pick up at the counter, so I can’t really speak to the overall “atmosphere”, but it’s been clean every time I’ve been there, which means something.
Vegetarian options: Black beans can be substituted for meat in any item, and multiple items are noted specifically as vegetarian on the menu.
Parking: Parking is sometimes sketchy when the Mexican restaurant right next to it is full; the main ingress from houghton also goes right between the two. that part of the shopping area wasn’t thought out. There are designated spots for takeout though, and I can always find a spot, it’s just tight.“

“We Love Taco Giro in Vail!! We go every taco Tuesday 🌮 and can't get enough. The tacos are amazing and the service is wonderful. Azlin was our server today and she is amazing! Everyone there was very helpful, friendly, and prompt. ❤️ Highly recommend it! 👌 Muy Bien!!“
